LABRANDA Alyssa Suite Hotel

The hotel was very nice looking, with a good pool (25 degrees), and nice dining options: every night a different theme, and a rather stable staple of English-oriented preparations. Very nice the salad buffet.

We travel a few times a year and havs went to many all inclusive with the kids. It was an ok holiday. The cleaners came daily, didnt chenge the sheets just made the beds. The double bed was very small so myself and my husband took the single beds but they were very hard. Took 4 times asking and 3 uncomfortable nights before we finally got the mattress toppers. The entertainment was very poor, very little by the pool and in the evenings at pool bar(only small lounge bar in hotel) it would often finish well before 11pm. Also things like karaoke but waiting for people to come up so no one keeping it going between. Food was ok, similar to some all inclusive but smaller selection. I did see them turning raw chicken then lifting cooked chicken wifh the same utensils which put me off eating it again. Overall it was an ok stay, not our best holiday but not the worst and we got it at a good enough price. I would not put the hotel at 4star, max 3 star.

Hotel was satisfactory and rooms were adequate with good space

Went there to celebrate my birthday and had best time! Bar staff absolutely lovely but young blonde woman on reception was very rude. But other than that I totally recommend staying there! Location is good if you want to get the steps in for the day. Lovely views from the restaurant

Only food and some staff was 4 star, hotel not really 4 stars...maniana most of the times

This is not a 4*!!! The food is awful, reused looks like not fresh and quality disgusting. Should not be on site for £s or rating. Room facilities poor, leaking shower, phones not working, doors broken & poor customer service when complained. We had to move hotels!!! No alternative soft drinks all draft and awful!!

The hotel caters to both couples and families, with different pool areas allowing everyone to make the most of the area. The rooms were regularly cleaned and well looked after with a sea view room being a highlight of the holiday. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, a particular thanks to Simone for making this trip so memorable.

Fabulous hotel for traveling on a budget, the apartments were large and spacious with ample storage, the location was great and within walking distance to the water park and local beaches. There are a few gripes however. While the food was very tasty and usually always fresh, it was a very small choice and fairly samey, but i enjoyed most dishes, alot of fish dishes on offer but not a huge ammount of meat. Also our shower leaked to the point it flooded the bathroom on a daily basis, the maintenance man came to look and said he fixed it but the same issue occured the following days. The rooms were cleaned daily but on one day we had no toilet rollreplaced and we had to ask reception which was embarrasing. All in all tho a great hotel and good location apart from a few small gripes, the drinks were good and the bar staff friendly and helpfull, the pool was a good size and with great views of montana roja which is also easy walking distance to the summit from the hotel. I would deffinitely reccomme d if you are looking for a good budget hotel with a good location close to playa blanca.

Mooi en ruim ingepland bungalow hotel. Wat goedkoop gebouwd en afgewerkt. Maar voorzien van alle comfort en met een overheerlijke keuken Wij hadden een heerlijke vakantie dankzij de inzet en vriendelijkheid van al het personeel. Mooie wandelingen langs de promenade aan zee die vlakbij is.

Not 4 star

We booked very last minute so there was very little choice for family accommodation but overall we had a lovely stay. The price was quite high but that is to be expected for the school holidays though it was a nice surprise for food and drinks to be included. It was nice to have a separate living room to the bedroom and a little patio area at the front. Only downside is that it didn't take our young son long to figure out how to open the front door to get outside! The pool area was really nice, there is a shallow pool which is warmer, ideal for younger kids.

Hotel bonito, localizado numa zona calma. Os funcionários foram sempre simpáticos e atenciosos. Os quartos são grandes e limpos com camas confortáveis. o wi-fi no quarto é muito mau. A comida é boa mas a fruta não é muito variada. Durante a minha estadia apreciei que as espreguiçadeiras ficavam reservadas logo cedo, enquanto os hospedes iam tomar o pequeno almoço, o que não é bom porque quem quer ir à piscina não tem onde sentar com cadeiras cheias de toalhas e poucas pessoas.

En general muy bien aunque nuestra habitacion ain funcionaba con llave antigua lo cual no era muy practico, puertas y ventanas no son faciles de abrir y cerrar. Nuestra habitacion tenia vistas al mar y a Fuerteventura. Dos noches entraron cucarachas y nos dieron spray para matarlas, luego no vimos mas, son de las voladoras y es facil que entren pues las habitaciones son tipo bungalow. Se puede aparcar facilmente en el propio recinto y si no, al lado. Faltaria mas variedad en los desayunos especialmente y en el bar de la piscina.

Had a wonderful stay, the staff were so friendly and chatty, the hotel is beautiful and would most definitely stay again!

Siamo stati tre giorni al LABRANDA Alyssa Suite Hotel. Il posto e' bello. Le camere confortevoli e il ristorante e' ottimo. Il personale e' stato gentilissimo e ci hanno fornito anche la prima colazione alle 6 del mattino prima della partenza per l'aereoporto.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich klasse. Die Suite hatte ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und einen Wohnbereich mit eigenem Kühlschrank, den wir zur Kühlung der Getränke viel benutzt haben. Von der nach Süden ausgerichteten Terrasse hatten wir einen schönen Meerblick. Hier wäre noch ein Sonnenschutz hilfreich. Das WLAN war in unserer Suite leider sehr schwach. Insgesamt war die Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Pool war sehr schön, groß und sauber. Die Becken hatten unterschiedliche Temperaturen, so dass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Die Mahlzeiten waren der Hammer. Eine riesige Auswahl und alles sehr nett angerichtet und lecker und abwechslungsreich. Sehr nettes Personal. Eine echte Wohlfühlanlage. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

We was a family of 7 Apartments next door to each other without asking . Accommodation clean And comfortable Food was good we never went hungry. Staff friendly Bar outside abit cold but it was February. Location good cross the road and-cut down to the sea front . We will definitely be back next year

Just come back from a weeks stay at this hotel, we couldn’t really fault it, all inclusive food really nice something for everyone, local alcohol drinks which we found ok, you can pay extra for premium all inclusive If you prefer premium branded drinks think it was 15 euro pp per Day. 99% of staff really friendly and gave a good service. Children’s pool heated.night time entertainment area abit on the small side.overall for the price we paid we was happy with our stay.
