Das Appartement war frisch renoviert, und alles funktionierte einwandfrei (auch die Heizung). Gemütlich geht aber anders. Ab dem 5. Stock gibt's 'Meerblick'. Fernsehsender = nur spanische und vier englischsprachige (BBC & ITV) Programme.

We ended up leaving the accommodation as it wasn’t safe for my child. Water was coming in the room and he slipped over because of this. The sheets were stained, furniture marked and scuffed

Very very basic stay, but that was expected from price. Location is super good beach is very close (its second line hotel) lot of shops and restaurants around. Room was clean, they change towels once in 3 days and clean room and change linen once in 6 days. As I say super basic room, but perfectly fine for budget stay.

Nous avons passé 4jours dans cet hôtel, à notre arrivée nous avons très chaleureusement été accueilli et tout nous a été très bien expliqué. L’appartement était très propre, très bien équipé, la literie impeccable et gros + pour le petit balcon vue piscine !
Seul petit bémol la porte de la douche qui était un peu usée et se fermait difficilement mais pas gênant en faisant attention
Nous recommandons un séjour ici sans problèmes !

The property is good, but the staff is bad.
I went during February half term holiday with the kids as prices are more affordable. Unfortunately most of the Restaurants around were closed being off season.
The distance from the sea is 1 min by walk so it is perfect. The studio was nice, but would have preferred a proper double bed instead of the sofa bed as it was a bit uncomfortable.
The lady at the Reception was terrible. Here on the app it says that check in time is from 2pm, we arrived at the property at 1.30pm and there was nobody and the door to the Reception was closed. We rang the bell few times and nobody answered. There was a notice board saying that the Reception is closed from 2pm to 3pm and to ring the bell if needed.
Still at 1.30 there was nobody.
We tried again at 2.30pm and a lady answered the intercom saying in a rude english that the Reception will open at 3pm and hang up.
We had to wait with two kids under 9 at a nearby park.
At 3pm we went and the lady was not very welcoming, almost looked tired or not happy to be there. She gave us the keys after explaining in rush the where was our entrance.
In the room we found just two pairs of cushions and one single duvet and two single lightweight blanket.
I did not want to go and ask for more duvet as she seemed so disturbed.
Check out is from 11am but again nobody was there so we left the keys in the letter box.

Réception top, Mme Désiré parle plusieurs langues dont le français, elle est arrangeante même après notre arrivée tardive à cause des retard d'avion, la chambre était hyper propres, seul hic c'est les parties communes de l'entrée de l'hôtel... ça fait peur !

Property is in a good place and has a nice sized pool. Easy access to the beach and has a lift.
The staff were friendly and accomodating.
Couldn't really moan about the place itself.
The only moan I would mention is that some of the people staying in the apartment where not considerate and would be shouting and banging all night. Mainly groups of Italian/dutch teenage girls screaming and getting drunk so I would say to the owner, please think about this and perhaps put these groups in an apartment to one side so they don't bother the other 8 neightbours they have.
Other than this it was all very good.

Good afternoon we arrived late so informed econotel of late arrival and theye-mailed me to say no problem just ring bell once and night porter would be there to give us our key. We rang about 15 times over four and a half hours Eventually reception phoned to say they had missed all these calls.We were very very cold and were sitting in apts car park for almost 5 hours.
Managemen told us we would be compensated for this by Expedia as you had our bank and card details.PLEASE ADVISE AS VERY ANGRY AND VERY COLD WATCHING MY 76 AGED WIFE CRYING

Good place to stay however could of done with more insructions about the apartment like how the air-conditioning works and appliences. And also someone there earlier then 10am in morning as we needed to checkout before then. Otherwise nice place to stay bedroom was nice and clean and a great view.
