LC Hotel Urbano

Expedia are in danger of damaging their trusted reputation advertising properties in this condition. Truly, it’s awful. It’s dirty everywhere, from the foyer, hallways through to the bedrooms. This hotel has a no refund policy and it’s obvious why. Truly, to try and charge for rooms in this current condition is unbelievable.

This is really low budget. It is in the noisyst street with red to end bars and clubs. Finally quiet en ough to sleep around 3. Don’t stay regret a less you are going to be joining the drinkers

Enkel standard (bilderna stämmer inte riktigt överens med verkligheten) men rent och bra städat. Hotellet ligger mycket centralt mitt på bargatan så man bör uppskatta uteliv för att bo där.

El hotel está en un área centrica, es el único plus que le veo pero el hotel al menos nuestras anotaciones 101 y 102 deja mucho que desear humedad en las paredes en las puertas olor a humedad. Honestamente no es un lugar para que un ser humano se pueda quedar a dormir tengo fotos de todo que avala mi descontento.

Det er rett i sentrum noe som er bra fordi man kan gå over alt, samtidig så betyr det også at det er rett over alle barer og klubber, så det er mye lyst frem til veldig seint på natta. I tilleg romene er ikke lydisolerte i det hele tatt, jeg kunne høre alle naboene. Alt i alt det er ganske god for prisen (i den sone) litt avhengig av hva slags ferie du ønsker. Ville ikke anbefale å reise med barn.

La struttura gode di ottima posizione centrale con la fermata dell’autobus dietro l’angolo e metro a pochi passi. La camera assegnata era silenziosa, ma troppo piccola, il frigo non funzionava e il letto era scomodissimo. Il bagno troppo piccolo e con un cattivo odore di fogna.

Broken air conditioner, a floor that hasn’t been mopped in a long time and it’s right above a club so your whole room shakes at night. On the other hand, Staff was friendly, especially to someone with poor Spanish. And it’s in a decent location.

Los baños sucios,moho por todos lados , la válvula de inodoro roto,mucho ruido, agregar algunas que otras sábanas extras ,la nevera no funciona ! La habilitación con olor a humedad La limpieza nada buena !

Loud music until 3 in the morning our room looked nothing like they had advertised in the brochure and did not look like part of the hotel

Muy buena la verdad. Sitio limpio, céntrico y buen trato. Lo único es que en nuestra habitación el frigorífico estaba estropeado.

À notre arrivés nous avons découvert une chambre salle avec un robinet cassé une vasque bouchée, une vmc cassée et salle … pour terminer nous avions deux lits simples au lieu d’un lit double pour notre voyage en amoureux ! Nous n’avons pas pu changer de chambre avant le lendemain . Notre séjour s’est terminé dans une chambre avec un lit double mais malheureusement l’état ainsi que l’hygiène n’étaient pas au rendez vous ! Nous sommes totalement insatisfait et attendons une compensation financière ou un sacrer geste commercial ! Le personnel de l’hôtel étaient heureusement sympathique …

Photo non contractuelle de l’état de l’hôtel, surtout les chambres. Remontée d’odeur de canalisation, porte de salle de bain qui tient à moitié, oreiller d’accueil bleu sale, joins de salle de bain sale, robinetterie qui ne tient pas, au dessus de tous les bars bruyants. Aucune isolation même entre les chambres.

Tuve una experiencia muy negativa con un hotel reservado a través de Hotels.com (LC Urban, Alicante). El servicio no coincidía con lo contratado: nos cambiaron de habitación sin consentimiento, estuvimos varias horas sin alojamiento con las maletas en un maletero, y las condiciones del hotel eran inaceptables (moho, suciedad, nevera no funcional, falta de accesibilidad). Viajábamos con un bebé y la atención del personal fue totalmente negligente. Contactamos con Hotels.com y, aunque reconocieron que la situación era inaceptable, su única propuesta fue ofrecer cupones en lugar de un reembolso. Eso no es una solución adecuada para un cliente que ha recibido un servicio defectuoso. Me ha decepcionado profundamente cómo se ha gestionado esta situación, y por ahora no volveré a reservar en su plataforma si no mejoran su política de protección al consumidor.

La situación del hotel buena las habitaciones no tiene nada que ver con la fotografía que mandan en Internet se oyen mucho ruido se todo de la habitación de al lado precio calidad alto no le recomendaría al hotel

Aircondition var iskold og kunne ikke justeres ordentligt. Personalet var super søde og meget hjælpsomme

It was dirty, noisy and it could need a renovation. They didn’t change the bedsheets or towels. We were supposed to stay there a week, we lasted 1,5 days. It’s better to spend a little more money to get a good hotel when you are staying more than one day.
