Mosaiko Homes Catedral Granada

An absolute gem and the highlight of our trip to Spain! The location is impeccable, a stone's throw from all the old town culture of Granada you can imagine, and a short walk from Albacain and the Alhambra. The facility itself is impeccably clean, comfortable and artfully decorated. It felt "old world" spain, but updated to modern comforts. The staff is the friendliest of the friendliest. There is a mercado within steps of the location if you feel like staying in and cooking you can do that too... and sooo many restaurants in walking distance. The shower / bathroom were top notch. We met the owner who was extremely accomodating and the rest of the staff were attentive to our needs. We would 1000% stay here again, and, in fact, we intend to on our next trip to Spain. If you have the option to stay here, you should!

We had an excellent stay at Mosaic Homes. Perfect location in the center of Granada, close to the cathedral but also reachable by car to drop off our luggage. There is no full-time reception, but communication via WhatsApp goes very smoothly. The staff responds very quickly, even during weekends and late at night. Parking with reduced fee was organized by the staff and the ticket was dropped-off. Very clean, spacious and nicely renovated rooms. When I go back to Granada I will certainly stay again at Mosaiko.

What a great place to stay - excellent location, quiet, well appointed and excellent communications with the property management. I really liked the colorful tiled floors in the apartment. Recommended!

Staff were willing to answer questions before arrival and helped to arrange parking, which worked out really well. Loved the apartment and the location.

Luis was extremely helpful and excellent communication via whats app. Great location close to the cathedral, shops, restaurants, etc. There’s a small grocery store steps away and a great breakfast spot. The building has been restored yet maintains a vintage feel with loads of character. the apartment is bright, spacious and very clean. The bed is large and comfortable with good pillows. parking is an easy walk with good access to highway. can’t fault anything!

Awesome host and property! Great location too. Free laundry included (in building) was also a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again. There were two small negative points, but they don't change my recommendation: - Check-in time is 4PM, which is later than most hotels. However, the host is awesome, just send a message and they will try to accommodate (they were able to for us) - The tiles do look a bit dated inside our room (scratches, etc). This was purely cosmetic and didn't affect us at all.

Luis siempre fue muy cordial, atento, eficiente y realmente se interesa por ayudar. Excelente trato de su parte. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, se puede llegar fácilmente a diversos lugares. Además, la habitación time muy buena proporción, cuenta con todos los aditamentos necesarios para tener una buena estancia.

Location is good, stone throw to Granada Cathedral and you can also walk up to Alhambra (Spanish Gate). Property is older and Room leaves to be desired. Bedroom is the best, king bed, very quiet == good sleep! Kitchen is quite bad, my unit didn't have small table (shown on photos) you can sit on, only hard bar stools. No convenient plug for computer that was close enough if you sit there. Some might enjoy very high ceiling with mosaic pattern on the floor. Check in is rather odd. Despite manned front end reception, they want you to use high-tech app; web version, probably standalone Android/iPhone app too, with sliders to open doors. (I worked 30 yrs in IT so I am not technically challenged, I just think it's unnecessarily over the top) There is also laundry, 1st floor only 1 unit but it works well. Overall it fits well with general Granada vibe, but won't be for everyone.

We loved our stay here so much! The room was spacious and unique. We loved the tile floors. And the view from the windows was gorgeous. It was great having a little kitchen and free laundry access. The location was perfect.

그라나다 대성당과 아주 가깝습니다. 바로 앞에 슈퍼와 아시안 마트가 있어 장보기도 아주 좋아요. 세탁기와 건조기가 잘 갖춰져 있어 밀린 빨래하기도 아주 좋았어요! 무엇보다 아파트를 관리하는 담당자의 대응이 거의 실시간으로 빠릅니다. 온라인 체크인은 생소했는데 걱정할 필요가 없었어요. 깨끗하고 편리한 시설 대비 가성비가 아주 뛰어난 곳입니다. 업그레이드 되었음 하는 것은 주방의 프라이팬(낡아서 이용하기 힘들었어요)과 소파베드의 이불(속통과 분리되어 있어서 살짝 당황했어요, 이불이 담겨져 있던 박스가 약간 지저분해 보였어요) 정도네요.

A gem of a place. Very very clean, spacious, plenty of windows throughout the place. It was very easy to communicate with staff and they would respond right away. The parking they recommended as they had a special rate ended up also having an electric charger for the car so that was very helpful in my particular situation. Would absolutely recommend this place. Easy check in (they contact you through WhatsApp and send you the code through there).
