Felix, unser Rezeptionist war ein absoluter King, super freundlich, gute Tipps und immer erreichbar. Hotel generell sehr gute Lage und ansprechendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis; für einen Städtetrip ideal, man macht nichts falsch.

Struttura ottima, camere di dimensioni adeguate e personale disponibile. A 10 minuti di cammino dal Guggenheim, molto ben servita dai mezzi. Colazione varia e abbondante.

Un NH de 3*. Bastante caro debido a las fechas, y necesita una renovación, pero bien situado y perfectamente adecuado si no quieres lujos de ningún tipo.

There is ongoing building work which we weren’t advised of which you can hear in the rooms. The AC was turned down so not possible to cool the rooms down. As others have mentioned there are no amenities - no tea/coffee making facilities or fridge. Rooms are well worn. Breakfast is €16.

Hôtel is very well situated. However there is a bit of construction around (July 2025). But hotel is clean, breakfast is nice and staff super nice ! Parking is very practical since it is outside of the low emission zone.

Ligger meget centralt og nær indkøbscenter. Nemt at gå til Guggenheim, kanalen og den gamle by. Meget at vælge imellem til morgenmad og altid flere slags udskåret frugt. Dejligt at man kan sidde flere sammen i lobbyen.

Está muy bien ubicado, el personal de recepción Félix y María excelentes y muy agradables.....

Close to googenhiem and stadium.

Toda rede NH eh muito boa; achei o cafe da manha, para um nivel "NH", muito fraquinho. Instalações muito boas, cama confortável, localizacao otima !

Excelente para trasladarse al centro a pie. . Lo único y razonable que no tiene cerca es el Parqueo pero tienen convenio con un cerca. Algunas habitaciones tienen gradas lo cual podría ser un asunto para personas con movilidad o ya mayores.

I arrived at the Bilbao hotel and It was 20 degrees outside and 25 degrees in my room. I asked about the air conditioning, which was not working. I spoke to several staff about this. Feedback I received from various employees; - Lots of visitors have been complaing for a couple weeks about this. The owner has been made aware of these complaints. - The owner has known about the complaints for a couple weeks. He's cheap and hasn't wanted to turn it on because of the cost. - Many complaints have been passed on to the owner over the last couple weeks. - I will pass your complaint on to the owner. So sorry, I have been trying to get him to authorize activating the air conditioning for a couple of weeks now. So, today I was informed it would be working by end of day. Well, they activated the air conditioning, but it was not working in my room! I was very unhappy about the air conditioning not working and had a miserable night trying to sleep with the high temperature in my room. Regarding noise and dirt, it was due to heavy construction outside the hotel.

One of the best buffet spreads we have ever seen. I like the underground garage too

El personal de recepción muy amable, siempre atentos y alegres. El hotel está a lado de un edificio en construcción y entre semana comienzan a trabajar y hacer MUCHO ruido desde muy temprano. Si buscas descansar, no es el sitio ideal, al menos por ahora. La limpieza de los cuartos bien, a secas. El desayuno buffett muy completo y rico.

It’s not the NH standard as you may expect. Kindness of the staff Location Breakfast - The room was terribly warm / hot. The AC was not working. When mentioned at Front Desk, they said something was broken in the hotel. - The bathroom was not properly cleaned. Lots stains and hair from previous guests. The staff was friendly though!
