The Carabanchel Episode

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. My stay was going well until a very serious incident completely changed my experience. While I was out on a tour, someone entered my room, stole cash, and attempted to use my credit cards to make purchases totaling more than €2,500. Although I accidentally left these items in my room while rushing out that morning, this should never happen in any hotel, especially one with such highly rated reviews. What was even more disappointing was the hotel’s response. After I reported the theft, the staff provided little information other than saying they were “investigating.” The incident occurred on a Sunday, and by the time I checked out on Tuesday, I still had no answers. It has now been several days since I returned home, and I have yet to receive any communication. Following the theft, I specifically requested that no one be allowed to enter my room. Despite this, housekeeping entered the room the very next day. When I returned, it appeared that my belongings had been disturbed again, which only increased my concerns about the security of the property. Whether the amount stolen was €1 or €10,000 is irrelevant. Guests should be able to trust that their belongings are safe in their hotel room. For my first visit to Madrid, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The theft itself was bad enough, but the lack of accountability, communication and concern shown afterward was even more troubling. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Attenzione all apparenza albergo nuovo e funzionante … In realtà un disastro Camere piccole ed anguste Letto comodo ma alla francese 0 connessione TV Distanze rilevanti per mezzi centro commerciale e altro Molto distante dal centro ma zona residenziale OK personale nn sempre all altezza NN C É POSSIBILITÀ DI AVERE ACQUA MINERALE IN ALBERGO CON IL BAR CHIUSO COLAZIONE DA DOMENTICARE UN DISASTRO

Excellent

This place in an interesting concept. Kind of a shared work space combined with rooms and apartments. I only stayed one night and thought value was great. The location is quite remote though, both from the airport and the city centre. It depends on what you need, for me it was fine.

Väldigt obekväma sängar och ingen tillgång till deras aktivitetshus då vi var där under en kortare vistelse. Annars fint och rent. Saknade däremot möjligheten att kunna få frukostbuffé.

Las instalaciones y la habitación excepcionales ,todo muy bien y cerca de un gran centro comercial para ir andando 5 10 minutos .

O hotel é muito distante do centro, a equipe não é muito agradável e sobre arrumação e limpeza deixam a desejar.. Ficamos 11 dias hospedados neste hotel e fizeram arrumação no quarto somente 3 vezes. Muita poeira acumulada.

No había agua caliente.no tienen consigna de maletas para viajeros que llegan pronto pronto

Un sitio muy agradable, todo perfecto, salvo la recepcionista que no nos atendió como debía

La habitación excelente y el trato del personal tambien

Las instalaciones del hotel y habitación están en muy buen estado, sin embargo hay bastantes limitaciones en amenidade tales como que la habitación no cuenta con T.V., el jabon de manos está en un dispensador que considero antihigiénico, estuve dos noches y no hicieron limpieza, no hay ningún extra como lustrador de calzado, o crema corporal, etc. El check in es un proceso tardado lo cual transmite desconfianza en el huésped, piden demasiados datos personales tanto del titular como de los acompañantes. Mi tarjeta de acceso la desactivaron concluída la primera noche de mi estancia.
