The proximity to the beach, it's location is excellent. I wish that there's a pool alotted for adults use only. Rooms can need some updating as well.

Lovely long weekend stay with the family. PlayBar and DJ /entertainment were excellent. Rooms were a bit tired.

Fint hotellrom. Men, ekstremt masete spisesal i. Lå fint til med kort vei til stranden. Ved sen utreise så ble vi tilbudt muligheter for å få tatt oss en god dusj på eget avlukket rom før avreise på kvelden.

I liked this hotel. It was nice and convenient. One thing, if you decided to go there use a cab. The parking was a disaster. Also, I liked the half board option, very good food.

Fint hotel tæt på strand og promenade. Billederne snyder dog en del og når hotellet skriver 4 pools, så er den ene kun til premium gæster og 2 af dem er maks 5x5 meter, hvor den ene ligger 2 meter fra den store pool. Så at skrive 4 pools er meget misledende. Der er på ingen måde plads nok ifht. hotellets størrelse, så man skal indstille sig på stranden. Den “store” pool spærres halvt af hver morgen til vandgymnastik. Morgenmaden er god, men der er også meget trængt der. Værelset lever desværre heller ikke helt op til billederne. Det er lidt slidt og sengene er meget dårlige, især sovesofaen, Airconditionen virkede ikke på vores værelse og selvom den kørte på 5 grader, så kom temperaturen aldrig under 24 grader, så det var svært at sove. Vi endte med at tjekke ud 2 nætter før tid og fandt et andet hotel. Et fint hotel, hvis du er et par og, hvis aircondition virker. Ikke særlig godt med børn. Maks 3 stjernet hotel.

my experience, this hotel didn’t quite live up to the glowing reviews I’d read beforehand. We were first given an accessible room, which I’d rate as 3-star at best. It wasn’t clean, and after raising concerns, we were moved to another room. The second room was a slight improvement — maybe 3.5 stars — but still far from what I’d expect from a Junior Suite. At check-in, we were offered an “upgrade” for €60 per night, which didn’t sit right with me, especially as we’d already booked a Junior Suite. To add to this, I was charged €20 per night for my 2.5-year-old daughter — apparently because I only listed two people in the booking. I didn’t expect to need to add her, as she still sleeps in a cot at home and doesn’t require a bed. You’d assume a suite would have enough space for a toddler without extra charges. I was told cots are free, but we were still charged €20, which just confirmed my feeling that this hotel is focused on upselling and adding hidden extras wherever possible. I had really looked forward to a relaxing few days with my family in a suite — something more spacious and with a touch of luxury. Unfortunately, that just wasn’t the reality. I’ve stayed in budget hotels that were cleaner and more comfortable. I was honestly relieved to move on to our next hotel. The positives: – Pool area was nice – Food and drink were reasonably priced – Good location, just a short walk to the harbour – Breakfast was fine, though very busy at peak times Overall, 3.5

Only shower gel and schampo, poor standard for 4 star. Guard that removes towels from beds when away 60 min so cannot have a lunch without stress. Everything in a 2-3 star except breakfast that was 4 star. I have 50-80 hotel stay overs / year

A very good hotel thought be aware that it is very busy and sunbeds round the pool are crammed and not enough for the number of rooms. Premium rooms have access to adults only pool and rooftop bar. Breakfast is extremely busy and with hindsight I would have avoided this and used the very nearby restaurants.

Wonderful trip. The hotel is great, location is right on the beach and has plenty of amenities. Hotel lobby and communal areas were fresh and updated. Rooms were old but spacious and clean with good bathrooms.

The staff was not friendly. We were premium guest but was not allowed to take a water out of lounge. The took it out of my hand. Also a nektarin. It was unpleasant. The cleaning not good. So We would never go back.

Fantastic holiday

Great position on beach front & a few minutes walk to marina. Only had breakfasts there as lots of good restaurants nearby but that was absolutely splendid.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Great location and overall great stay.

The location of this hotel is great, breakfast is nice, plenty of choice. The hotel itself is really nice. We had a suite and the room was huge. The only downside of this hotel is the sunbeds. There isn’t enough beds for everyone, the lifeguards walk around putting warnings on the bed if you’ve left it too long (even if your in the pool). If you put your towels out whilst going to breakfast or the shop I seen people come back to having no sunbed. It’s a shame for such a nice hotel but the sunbed situation really ruined this for us.
