This was our third stay at OKU Ibiza and once again, it was absolutely fantastic. The fact that many of the staff members are still the same since our first visit says a lot. The entire team is warm, professional, and truly passionate about what they do. The service is outstanding and truly deserves praise.
The rooms are, as always, spotless, beautifully designed, and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hotel grounds are stunning and perfectly maintained — a true oasis of peace and comfort.
The main pool is incredibly large and not only visually impressive but also perfect for both swimming and relaxing. There’s also a smaller pool for children, which we found very thoughtful for families.
OKU Ibiza remains a very special place for us. We’ll definitely be coming back.

OKU Ibiza is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Reason for rating our stay with only two stars is that we had a luxery junior suite where the aircon was malfunctioning. The issue was addressed every day but never fixed. Standard answer was 'I am really sorry about that' but difficult to use that for anything. We paid almost EUR 4500 for three nights and did not have one good night of sleep. Just not good enought.

Save your money and stay elsewhere. Rooms are so small you can barely open your suitcase. Our AC didn't work and they kept saying that they would fix it - and never did. I asked for a refund for the rest of my stay so I could go elsewhere and they said no. They just comp influencers to stay here and price gouge everyone else to make up for it.
TLDR - Stay at a nicer and cheaper resort on the water like Seven Pines

I was a little sceptical at first as we usually stay on the east coast and in over 20 years of visiting this would be my first stay in the San An area (it’s improved a lot over the years, and it’s actually in a different neighbourhood).
We didn’t regret it.
We booked a superior double, which for us was a little basic (no fridge) and had views over an apartment block over the back. We spoke to reception and paid for an upgrade to a junior suite overlooking the main pool. From then everything was fantastic.
The room, service, the food is all great. The decor is magnificent also with a focus on modern art. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood close by to some beautiful secluded beaches.
The speaker in the room absolutely thumps as well 😂
It was a toss up between here and the standard, we definitely made the right choice.
This may be our new favourite.
