Positives: Great property, very well located, nice room and buffet breakfast. Negatives: Check in was very slow, and bathroom was not clean but staff didn't do anything about it

What an amazing hotel! Lovely interior, large rooms and so quiet. There were no tea making facilities in the room, however a kettle, cups and spoons were provided upon request. Staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, due to the late dining times. The hotel is just a short walk from the Royal Palace, which was well worth a visit. We parked in the free car park just across the road, near to a back entrance gate to the hotel.

La limpieza de la habitación era correcta excepto que en la alfombra había manchas, para un parador de 4 estrellas no es normal. El regulador de calefacción/aire acondicionado no funcionaba, lo min es 19 grados y 25 de max, un día que hacía muchísimo calor y querer bajarlo fue imposible. El radiador del baño era imposible cerrarlo, por lo que el calor se concentraba mucho no solo ahí sino que en la habitación, pero el radiador de la habitación si que estaba cerrado. El querer descansar pero haber personas cenando en el restaurante y que todo el ruido se oiga ya que tenía una habitación de la primera planta. Un parador sin accesibilidad, me parece que en el 2025 que estamos es intolerable. El personal era correcto, pero lo único que te decían era precios de desayunos. El resto te daban el teléfono, tuvimos que preguntar sobre el parking suyo. No sé si tenían wifi, si tenían el personal no lo dio y haciendo el check in y habiendo cola, había dos personas pero solo una haciendo el check-in, la otra persona tecleando en el ordenador.

It was an excellent stay. The hotel was very comfortable and well-located. I highly recommend it. The only thing the room didn't have was a coffee maker.

Fueron 2 noches con desayuno, spa y masaje para un regalo y han quedado encantados.

El alojamiento una maravilla, desayuno excelente. El spa no merece la pena es muy pequeño y no están los detalles cuidados.

Maravillosa la estancia. Hotel muy bonito, muy bien cuidado y excelente servicio. Hicimos uso del spa y del servicio de masaje y también muy bien. Desayuno muy completo. Merece mucho la pena.

Emblemático Parador, perfecto para desconectar unos días. El personal es muy amable y la gastronomía excelente... recomiendo igualmente pasar por el SPA. ¡Volveremos!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast is great with a good selection of food and drink options. My only issue is the gps takes you to their event bldg which isn’t connected. I had to call to find where the hotel was located. Highly recommended staying here if you’re in the area.

Excellent séjour d une nuit Nous n avons pas eux le temps d utiliser toutes les installations mais la piscine extérieur est tres agréable avec une jolie vue sur les montagnes, le restaurant délicieux (la spécialité le cochinillo un regal), tres central pour visiter, chambre spatieuse et propre Je recommande

5 star hotel, 5 star staff, top of the line service, restaurants in property serving breakfast buffet, and dinner, the location!!! The property is impecable, rooms are huge, comfy beds, big bathroom and fluffy towels. Nothing compare to Paradores in Spain. This is the second property I stayed during this road trip and i am extremely happy I chose to stay at Paradores . Highly recommend it!!

El Real Sitio de San Ildefonso hermoso lugar a visitar y el Parador le da aun mas el toque para que descanses y disfrutes de sus rincones para vivir respirando un clima de armonía entre el confort, historia y modernidad.”Unas habitaciones para soñar despierto” no es solo un slogan de mercadotecnia que lees en su pagina, en realidad sueñas despierto al pasear entre sus jardines y la vista que tienes desde tu habitación, que por cierto es sumamente cómoda con excelente decoración. En la Cena el Jefe de Comedor, si mal no recuerdo su nombre es Mariano Cubero, nos atenido como reyes complaciendo en nuestros antojos. Iba con mi esposo con poco tiempo y no pudimos estar en su SPA, sin embargo prometía ser un lugar donde te concienten al maximo. No conocía esta cadena de Hoteles, pero mi próximo viaje estere visitando algun otro en uno de los tantos lugares hermosos que tiene España.
