The staff was amazing

Walkable, for touring Barcelona, you can hop the Metro about 100 yards away and get all the way to Montserrat. The rooftop pool is augmented by the indoor pool/jacuzzi. The 4 stars out of 5 is just because sometimes people show up with their loud kids and there seems to be no attempt to monitor that. The breakfast buffet is standard and reasonably priced, 25 euros if you pay in person.

Loved the open air of the hotel. It mixed outside with inside. Our room had a panoramic view. Beds slept very well. Shower was wonderful. Staff outstanding!

We had an excellent experience. The staff allowed us to check in early (10am) which allowed us to get some well needed sleep. We were upgraded to a junior suite also Included breakfast was very good.

Not sure if a premier room is meant to be better than a junior suite but our son ended up with the better room. Take not premium rooms are better than junior suites? We have a whole in our front door where a peep hole lookout should be? Thankfully too tired to go down and change rooms when we got home from football. Heineken beer - prefer a Spanish beer when in Spain.

Realmente me gusto mucho el Hotel a pesar que no pude disfrutar la Terraza por el viento y frio. Solo algo me frustro y la luz de la habitacion, poca iluminacion artificial, no podia leer los mapas en la noche por la oscuridad, Las lamparas de noche poco eficaces.

I had an amazing one night stay at this hotel. It was easy to get to from the airport by bus. I had arrived in the morning and they allowed me to have early access to a room and gave me an upgrade as I mentioned with the cold rainy weather I would have a quiet day at the hotel reading and relaxing in my room since the rooftop pool was closed with the weather. The room was gorgeous and I love the windows. I had a delicious lunch with room service, enjoyed the jacuzzi, and had a delightful dinner at the restaurant. The hotel is beautiful (cool stairs and greenery) and the staff are exceptional. I highly recommend 😄

Very friendly, lovely rooms

The rooms are very dark, the lighting will just wind you up, maybe great for romance, but if you’re travelling on business take a torch!

Suite aux photos de l'établissement sur le site nous étions ravis de pouvoir passer une nuit dans cet établissement, avec la possibilité de pouvoir profiter d'une trés belle vue, de la piscine intérieure jacuzzi et de la salle de sport (obligation d'un entrainement particulier). Nous n'avons pas eu de difficultés à trouver l'établissement, et à faire le check-in. Nous avons été informés de tous les services offerts, et notamment de la salle de fitness ouverte au 26e étage. Nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre par un couloir exposé au vent. La chambre était très sombre- déco full noire (c'est un choix).vue correcte, en partie sur l'immeuble en face. Nous sommes partis à la découverte de l'Hotel, en commençant par la salle de fitness où nous comptions nous rendre. Quel fut notre désarrois de constater qu'il y avait des ouvriers à l'oeuvre dans le couloir qui menaient à la salle. Nous sommes descendus aussitôt à la réception afin d'en savoir plus car lors du check-in on nous avait bien confirmé qu'elle était ouverte!. Une personne parlait français et a pu nous renseigner sur le fait que exceptionnellement ce soir-là il n'y avait pas d'accès possible ! Nous aurions aimé le savoir dès le check-in cela nous aurait permis de refuser ou non l'enregistrement... Nous avons attendu que la personne de l'accueil parte demander à supérieur quoi faire. Rien ne nous a été proposé de plus que "nous acceptons votre annulation"… Dommage, il aurait été possible de faire mieux pour nous garder.
