Lovely little place , the owner was great.

The staff was very friendly, respectful and helpful. And added sn extra bed to accommodate our needs. The room was lovely and clean. They provided with breakfast type good in the fridge and coffee. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. We were only a few minutes from a beautiful, quiet beach and a couple dining options. Other than the ocasional traffic noise due to being located on a main road , it was quiet and peaceful. Sandra’s room was very easily accessible by tram and uber, only a few minutes from the rest of Alicante.

We were only there for three nights but wanted somewhere on the outskirts of Alicante. The tram is only a couple of minutes walk from the property so handy for visiting Alicante or the beach at Costa Blanca. Only a few eateries/bars close by but we went into Alicante each night to eat so it did not really affects us. The accommodation is on a busy junction but you cannot hear this in the room. A simple breakfast was left each day which was unexpected but appreciated

Gewoon goed. Erg goede communicatie. Prima ligging. Dicht bij strand, tram naar de stad, goed buurtrestaurant. Veilig.

Nice and quiet and very clean

It was a really lovely place.. modern clean and lovely!. The only downside is it’s at the side of a roundabout, but this did not spoil anything for us. It’s about 10 minutes out of Alicante town centre so we did bus and tram it in. Took about 1 hour to walk one day which is a nice walk from the marina. The owner was friendly and helpful when we couldn’t get in - go to the big white electric gate and call them! This caused some confusion for a few minutes.

This place is a total gem. The room, bed and bathroom were all huge, and the bed so comfortable it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Will be back!

Stayed here a number of times, love it. Close proximity to the tram for easy travel to Alicante, Campello, Altea. Beautiful rooms. I commented once that the paper cups should be replaced with proper China mugs to make it perfect and lo and behold this time they have China mugs 😊

Super schönes Zimmer mit großem Bad, alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Kühlschrank, Toaster, Geschirr, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Kleinigkeit zum Frühstück ist im Kühlschrank. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, hat uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Lage zwar außerhalb der Stadt, aber schöner Fußweg den Strand entlang und Bus direkt vor dem Haus. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

The actual rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean, but access to the complex was difficult on arrival. The entrance gate to the car park is on a roundabout with only one way to gain entry, if you miss the entrance, you have to go round a long one way system to get to the gate, which was stressful as not familiar with the area. Not many restaurants or bars within easy walking distance either.

Sitio muy tranquilo, muy bien cuidado y bien comunicado con el centro. Incluye parking y un pequeño desayuno, lo cual se agradece. Con zona de chillout muy agradable

Godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Renholdet var strålende. En liten enkel frokost ble satt i kjøleskapet hver dag. Trafikkert vei rett på utsiden, men dette var ikke noe problem når døren var stengt på natten. Gode kollektivmuligheter rett utenfor døren. Ellers en fin gåavstand til Alicante

Very nice, comfortable room. Walking distance to beach and metro. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and offered clear helpful instructions about checking in and any other info we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was not even a 5 minute walk to the beach (Mediterranean). Transit to downtown was a 2 minute walk. Supermarkets near by as well!! The hosts left buns, cheese, meats and drinks for a breakfast each day. House keeping lady (wish I remembered her name) did a fantastic job!!!

Basic place with a good outdoor space. A little breakfast every morning. Close to the mountain, beach and grocery stores

Great stay and would stay again! Comfortable, clean, reasonably priced and they provide breakfast. It is about a 2-minute walk to the tram station and Albufereta Beach. The downside was that after I left the keys in the lockbox, I was incessantly asked by the owner where they were because he couldn't find them. It turned out the cleaning lady had taken them and left them in her car. I would record the check-out process to avoid a situation like this again.

Super vriendelijke host! Er lag elke dag ontbijt klaar, super schoon en een perfecte locatie aan het strand. 10 minuten naar alicante centrum.

The hotel room was perfect, it also has a nice relaxing area outside. Booking in was seamless, room clean, air con good, shower powerful and good.. The only negative is that the noise from the traffic is bad. The hotel is right next to the tram line so perfect for travelling to Alicante or up the coast. Also near a nice beach. I think this hotel is good for 2/3 nights for exploring the area. Not sure I'd want to do a full week here because of the noise but highly recommend it. They even left breakfasts everyday.

Sandra was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and furnished in a fresh and modern style. The Hotel is located conveniently close to lovely beaches and easy access to the tram. Would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay giving me a lovely holiday.
