Bel environnement. Beaucoup trop d’assiette mal lavées et le système de jetons pour les verres est contraignant pour les clients et pour le personnel.

Très déçue, je reserve toujours sur Booking habituellement et j'aurais dû continuer à le faire... Nous avons réservé notre séjour avec le petit déjeuner inclus, on m'a répondu à la réception que mon tour opérateur n'a pas communiqué cette information. J'ai donc montré ma réservation avec l'indication concernant les petits déjeuner inclus au responsable de l'hôtel, qui en plus parle très bien français, mais il en avait rien à faire, celui-ci m'a demandé de contacter hôtel.com. Le service client =0 Ce n'est pas à moi de le faire mais à lui. J'ai donc contacté hotel.com et la personne qui a réceptionné l'appel semblait très fatiguée et n'avait pas du tout envie de m'aider... Et en effet, elle n'a rien fait du tout car nous n'avons eu aucun retour ! Aucune communication n'a été faite auprès de l'hôtel et de moi-même. J'ai payé une prestation avec preuve à l'appuie et tout le monde s'en fiche. Concernant le ménage, la chambre n'était pas très propre à notre arrivés. La literie est catastrophique. En revanche le personnel de ménage est très agréables. Point très positif: les piscines sont top !! Les maîtres nageurs sont vigilants et très professionnels. Emplacement idéal proche des commerces et du centre ville. Je ne reviendrais pas dans cet hôtel mais si vous avez un petit budget pour 2j max ça peut dépanner pas plus si non mal de dos assuré ! 1er soir scandal à la réception, un anglais très énervé car on lui aurait volé des affaires... À mon avis, passez votre chemin !

Friendly helpful staff .Lovely facilities inckuding2 good pools. Brilliant free transport to the seafront. Family vibe ... great supermarket next door and a stones throw away from fast food outlets if you have perps that wont get stuck on to the all inclusive. By the way that was very good!

The best thing about this hotel was the free train ride away from it!! I know it's a 3 star so I didn't expect the Ritz, but it should've been advertised as the slum hotel. It's so out dated and they try and make money out of you by charging you for everything. No hairdryer in the room, no tea and coffee facilities in the room. You have to hire a room fan as there's no air conditioning. Hire the safe, the fridge even the TV remote not that we went on holiday to watch TV but why put on in the room and then not allow you to watch it. The showers leak all over the floor looks like you have a swimming pool for a bathroom and the bed linen had stains on it. One of my friends rooms had dried blood stains on her bed!! The pool is filthy floating bits everywhere and there's more people than sunbeds. Stay clear of the burgers at snack time the toasties are "safe" the main meals consisted of the same foods every night nearly always chicken and pork, salad, fries, veg etc but it was incredibly salty. The breakfast was full english, toast, yoghurts, pastries etc again either salty or sugary. We are out down by the beach a few times. Not only was the food not great but no air conditioning downstairs or very little which meant it was like a big sweat box.... Lovely!! The public toilets also had no locks on the doors. The bar staff and reception were really friendly and helpful when we had a problem. Overall it was a very typically English hotel not for us at all.

Despite some of the reviews it is a great little hotel. It was so clean and the staff were very friendly. It is a little dated and tired looking in areas. The beds weren't very comfortable but the whole place was very clean. The food was very reasonable and there was lots of choice. There were not very big queues for food or drink. The animation team were very good too. We didn't pay very much for the holiday so we were very pleased with it.

We stayed here for a week in May. The hotel was extremely clean, food was good and had different options every day. They have a food bar at the pool which you get the best toasties from. Pool area was great esp for the kids. Staff were excellent throughout. Felt that inside could be updated a few cracked tiles ect and bedroom linin did look worn but for the price we paid for a week its not enough to put me off coming back. It is a bit out of the way if you want to be in on the action but it's only a 10 minute walk into the centre and the train down is fairly regular. Entertainment team could maybe do with looking at what's on and it would have been nice for the mini disco for last longer as the kids loved it and maybe ditch the bingo? The kids don't want to play bingo they want to dance or play games. Overall though for the price an excellent hotel and the staff are honestly great and work so hard. Will definitely be back.

Repas variés et bons. Cependant, nous étions à l'étroit dans la chambre car pour un couple, nous avions 1 grand lit (140 cm) et 2 petits lits de 90 cm collés. Il ne nous restait donc pas beaucoup d'espace. Nous avons eu une chambre plus appropriée pour une famille avec 2 enfants.

séjour agréable pas loin de Barcelone.le défaut pas de produit gel douche+shampoing dans les chambres. beaucoup d'ANGLAIS DANS L HOTEL .en ce qui concerne le bar pas d explications sur les boissons que l'on peut boire exemple pour les cocktails.

Lovely hotel, food was fab, kids entertainment was lacking a little though especially during the day.
