It’s really amazing stay at the hard rock and the surface was perfect and we have not faced any issue. The location and the concierge services was great. They have recommended a lot of great places to usThe only thing that I’d like the Hotel to look into is the beach staff I did go to the beach once in the hotel and it wasn’t the best experience comparing to other beach clubs within the town.

Incredible hotel. Location is only a 2 minute walk from Ushuaia, Hi and a few other beach clubs. There is a shuttle at the entrance that takes you to Unvrs which was also convenient and any other transportation the valet is quick to assist you with arranging. The staff was sweet and helpful. The room service was amazing. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Ibiza next!

You cannot ask for a better location than this hotel. Along with a prime location with beautiful beach and really nice amenities and exceptional service. Still there is room for improvement. While the property is maintained well. The rooms do have some Wear and tear on them. An annoyance was the water seeping through shower door. I could see the vinyl flooring starting to peel. Also weird layout where the toilet was separate from rest of bathroom. Bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the view from The balcony and jacuzzi tub. Check out could have been better as we felt like we were rushed out and essentially pushed out. That left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths after an otherwise excellent stay.

Not worth the price. We paid $1000 per night for 4 nights. Would never do this again. Our room was on the first floor with no privacy. Asked them to change rooms and the front desk guy laughed in our faces. Was a horrible experience. Planes are super loud and will 100% wake you up at 6am every morning. Bad location, bad property and rude staff. Only good thing was the breakfast which is also not worth €40 per person.

In general the property is as represented. It is like staying at a rock concert and, with music playing 24 hours. Service and staff are well trained. The hotel itself is relatively nice, but rooms are on the smaller side. The platinum rock suite was nice and relatively spacious. Hot tub on the second deck was perfect. We were told music was supposed to stop late in the evening, however, it was pretty much 24 hours. It was not a problem in the larger suite that we booked, but in the more standard room, it was hard to sleep with the noise. They handed out earplugs, but not everybody wants to work at night.
