My wife and I had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even the basic room we booked exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, had a balcony with a great view, and felt comfortable.
The hotel offers excellent facilities including a pool and direct access to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and quality options to start the day right.
What impressed us the most was how all these premium features and services came at such a reasonable and fair price for a 5-star property. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Ibiza with comfort, class, and great value.

Very unique stay, the access to a room hot tub was an amazing touch. The decor in the rooms and around the hotel were very fitting and overall appealing. Some designs were a little questionable mainly the shower in my room as water would often leak outside the door of the shower as well as in the toilet in the room beside it. Other than that the rooms were very well made.

The best part about the hotel were the friendly staff, from check-in, the concierge and the pool team everyone was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Thanks especially to Carlos and Ana!
The location was an easy walk along the beach to the old town and around 30 min taxi/drive to other destinations around the island. Was only about 10 minutes from the airport so you don't need to save a lot of time at departure. The views were really great. Be warned, in high season there is a club right next door.

I’m from America and there was no adapter for me to charge my phone nor my laptop they asked me to pay $60 plus u have to pay to hangout by the pool overall great staff super clean.

I’ve stayed here before and thoroughly enjoyed it. The place seems outdated a little. It’s been five years and five years later it’s still the same. Although I really enjoyed myself, I may stay somewhere else for future- for the money I think someplace newer.

Si te gusta la fiesta este es tu hotel, normalmente tienen eventos en el Beach Club y el hospedaje te incluye la entrada al evento.
El restaurante es muy bueno y rico, la comida de muy buena calidad.
Enfrente está Hi Ibiza y una serie de restaurantes y bares a 5 minutos caminando.

This hotel is very expensive. Come prepared. The staff is helpful and the resort has everything you need if you can afford it. The standard rooms are decent, amazing bath products Robe, complimentary flip flops and close proximity to the club or across the street from Hi Ibiza. The big clubs are packed and oversold, so opt for VIP for more space. A 20 minute €30 Taxi can take you to the Marina area which is cute and charming. I didn’t see anything cute and charming around the resort which is not to far from the airport(€20-30 Taxi) area looked industrial. The resort itself is nice if you don’t plan on leaving.

This place is nice. Expensive. A drink and a beer at the club was $53. We had a suite with Jacuzzi tub which was a nice idea, but dangerous! The steps are slippery and so is the tile. I fell & severely injured my toe, I also cut my other toe leaving the club back to the hotel. The terrain is sketchy & dark at night. The rooms are comfortable and have Clarins bath products, very nice! The minibar options are fun, you could easily spend 1K on everything. Foods expensive too. Be prepared to drop a lot of cash here.

Das Ushuaia Beach Club Hotel ist einfach einzigartig. Mitten im Hotel gibt es eine große Bühne, wo die Weltbesten DJ‘s wie zB. David Guetta auftreten. Leider ist das Hotel durch die vielen Partys schon etwas abgenützt.
