Staff were amazing!!! Location, cleanliness and were top notch. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very modern room, wonderful design, great shower. Washing machine was useful. Wonderful location close to eating, bus stops. Reception staff very nice, and helpful for dining suggestions.

Outstanding apartment, highly recommended. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor and enjoyed gorgeous views of the cathedral. The apartment is new, tastefully decorated, warm and cozy, with great noise insulation. The location is unbeatable, right in front of the cathedral.

Sehr schönes Apartment, welches super gelegen ist. Der Zugang war mit der App einfach. Vor dem Check-In kam eine Whats App mit den Zugangsdaten. Die Alhambra ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Shops, etc. Die Parksituation ist ein wenig schwierig. Dies hängt vermutlich mit den Platzverhältnissen in der Stadt zusammen. Wir sind zu dritt gereist mit einem 14 monatigen Sohn. Ein Babybett konnte gegen einen Aufpreis von 6 Euro dazugebucht werden. Wir würden in Granada wieder die selbe Unterkunft buchen.

We had a very lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and tastefully designed- loved the space and the interiors. Even though it is located in a very central location, the soundproofing was done very well and we can't really hear the outside world once the windows were shut. Also management was very quick to respond and remote check-in was done super smoothly. Very comfortable and lovely stay and we highly recommend this charming apartment!

Because the room was facing a side that didn't get much sunlight, the room was always dark even with the all the lights on. The male staff who helped us check out was friendly and kind, but the other male staff was rude and cold. When we asked for help with opening the room with the digital key, a tall man stopped over right away. This staff didn't say a word and answer any of our questions and maintained a sarcastic, angry demeanor. After showing us a simulation of how to open the door with the key, he left without saying any word, he seemed somewhat angry. I felt embarrassed and somewhat offended by his attitude.

Very nice room in an excellent location on the Gran Via Colon across the street from the cathedral. So much is within close walking distance.

The apartment was perfectly located to walk to all the major attractions or get a bus to the Alhambra if you didn’t fancy the uphill slog. A slight problem with a leaky sink and questions about how to operate the dryer part of the washing machine (you can’t do it separately from the wash) were quickly dealt with. The balcony windows were sound proof against the street noise. The kitchen had everything we needed; the beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Great to have 2 bathrooms and ample towels. We appreciated the dish washing detergent, kitchen cloths and dish washer pucks. The coffee machine was easy to use and extra pucks could be bought from the grocery store down the street. The virtual key was tricky to get set up, you had to input the code, tap the key,hold to the door key atea and then turn that and not the door handle - the guy on reception on the first floor helped me get it set up. Overall an excellent apartment and perfect for our 5 days in Granada.
