Nicely located - a short walk from the cathedral etc. and the L3 and L5 (airport) metro.
Lovely spacious room. Good to have a fridge and kettle.
Handy to hire bikes on site (although rates were slightly higher than we saw most other places).
Very friendly, helpful staff.
Generally very quiet - except on one of our nights the ??generator/AC unit outside R103 was excessively noisy all night long.

Fantastiskt väl beläget centralt i Valencia. Gångavstånd till allt. Trevlig personal som gav en karta och förslag på vad man borde se och göra. Rummet var snyggt inredd, rymligt och välstädat med fint badrum. Sängen ganska hård. Underbar frukost! Rekommenderar varmt.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom big and with large shower and bidet. Unfortunately the sight from the window to old roof and building was awful . Apart from that dverything ok, staff very friendly and caring, old town few minutes from the place. Breakfast also fine

Very nice place to stay away from touristy area. Clean, modern hotel with very good personnel. Has restaurant on site we used for breakfast. Big room with king bed, elevator. 15 minutes walk from the market. The biggest problem is noise from outside, kids were playing ball until late and noisy pedestrians. With everything good I said about this place, I try to find something different for my next stay in Valencia.

Front desk was not only friendly but extremely helpful in suggesting ways to enjoy the area. We wanted a nearby craft beer pub and they were right on it. They provided helpful eating options and gave us a map of the area. By the way we found an unbelievable Irish pub that had many on tap beers from all over-new favorite Chouffe Cherry.
Rooms were very comfortable and you didn’t hear noises from any other room-slept real well, beds were nice and comfortable.
Our kids (all grown up) had their own room and they loved it as well.
Would definitely return!

Schönes Hotel ,alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass gute Anbindung ans Meer oder zur Stadt der Wissenschaft. Frühstück war gut,nur leider wurde nichts nachgefüllt.

Ideally situated for tourist attractions notably wonderful San Nicolas church and large food/ local produce market. Also a rarity just 100 metres away: a well run local bar happy to serve wine and no pressure on food. Nearby El Cabanyal has great reputation for its paella but was unfortunately closing the evening we visited! Male desk clerk was amazingly helpful, room was lovely, but breakfast chaotic: a bit of management would not go amiss. Also pouring with rain in the morning and hotel would not loan us an umbrella as they were 'pre-booked' by other guests: a poor decision...

Room was clean, modern and spacious, mine was facing the alley, which was nice (facing the inner yard might be boring).
Small balcony with rolling shutters for absolute darkness and silence (rarely seen that in a hotel before).
Walls are a bit thin (common in most city hotels), but other guests were quiet in time, so not much bother.
Enough space for clothes and luggage as no one goes there for a two week vacation.
TV has only Spanish channels DMAX, but I had my Firestick, Internet connection was great.
Breakfast is not extensive, but has everything you need (incl. non-dairy milk) and was really good, better than most city hotels.
City center is a 5 minute walk away, busses to go everywhere are around the corner, metro (from/to airport) is a 5 minute walk (or one bus stop) away.
All in all a full recommendation.

Ci è stata assegnata la camera 203, molto ampia e luminosa, con aria condizionata, bollitore, frigo, cassaforte, grande tv e telefono. Bagno spazioso con doccia, bidet e 2 lavandini.

L'insonorizzazione lascia un po' a desiderare, ma se muniti come noi di tappini per le orecchie non ci sono assolutamente problemi.
Personale squisito! Disponibile a 360°.
Parlano fluentemente inglese ed italiano.
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel accanto al giardino botanico di Valencia, in posizione strategica a due passi da servizi vari, ristoranti, metro ecc

Our room was FILlED with BUGS ( from little roaches in the shower to ants by the BeD !!!) front desk guy showed up with bug spray and said he couldn’t change the room Power went off in the middle of the night!!!!!! No AC !!!! ( barely making it old Wall Unit !!!!) No Light!!!!! Parking WAS NOT available!!! We had to park like 3 blocks away from hotel. And get up before 9 am ( after a very long fray of traveling…. Carrying bags, finding your room with bugs , no AC …..because it’s a street parking
