Good hotel, very valuable

Generally it is nice and convenient although our breakfast buffet was replaced by sohur in Ramadan the sohur buffet was quite limited but it was not bad

Hotel pulito e confortevole. Dotato di una bellissima terrazza con piscina dove è possibile cenare.

Hotel is great, rooms was large, modern and very clean, staff is so nice and helpful, breakfast is very food, parking is easy. We had a great stay, thank you so much !

Nice place to stay

I stayed two nights as a solo female traveler. I had an uncomfortable interaction with one of the male housekeeping staff. I went back to my room after being out, and the male staff asked me where I was from. I kindly stated where I'm from, and asked him back. He asked if I needed anything in my room, and I said NO. I had left my 'do not disturb' light on and the door sign to not come in and clean as well while I went to check out the pool on the rooftop. When I came back to retrieve my things to go to the pool, the male housekeeping staff was IN MY ROOM. I felt so uncomfortable! I let the front desk staff know, but they didn't seem to care. The second thing that happened to me was that I was sleeping, soundly, and I got a call to my hotel room at ~12:10 am. While I was in my slumber, I was trying to make sense of what the person calling was trying to tell me. He stated that I had not paid for my second night of my stay, and after a few minutes of trying to make sense of what he was saying, he found where I had paid, apologized, and told me I can go back to sleep. I was NOT able to go back to sleep, and I was extremely, extremely upset that I was woken up for something that could've not only waited until the next morning, but something that was also a mistake. I wouldn't recommend this location to stay. I didn't mention the dark, short hairs found around the base of the shower, but it appeared to be personal body hair. The cleanliness of this location needs some work.

Hospitality and food

Getting parking is a big task and rest all was ok except no smoking rooms available.

Hotel top. Suis arrivé à 2h a.m. réception dispo en 10mn dans la chambre. Chambre très confortable et complète minibar coffre accessoires sdb bouilloire etc. Petit déjeuner parfait même pu en disposer le matin de mon départ à 4ha.m.. restaurant buffet en rooftop excellent. D'une manière générale personnel impeccable. De plus rapport qualité prix top Je recommande très vivement

Overall, a standard Golden Tulip like the rest all over the world. Room was fine, exactly as expected. The breakfast buffet is very good. The location is next to a big mall. It was very good value for money.

I booked this hotel.because it was suposed to be a family hotel,.but they didn't even let me warm my baby's food because of their politics.

Golden Tulip Muscat is situated very near two very nice malls and easy access to the highways. The onsite restaurant provides very good meals for reasonable prices. I didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked very good with plenty of options. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and seating area with wonderful views of the ocean and surrounding city. The hum of the highway was somehow very soothing. Overall, we would recommend staying at the Golden Tulip Muscat.
