Lovely hotel in an extremely convenient location. Room was very clean and bathroom seemed modern. Breakfast buffet included lots of options from cereal to cooked breakfast to Swedish pickles and hearing.

Small room but clean, comfortable bed and wonderful breakfast. Have stayed several times.

The lounge area was gorgeous. You could sit and have a drink, whilst reading or socialising

The gentleman who checked me in and out was excellent. The other staff members were also very helpful. And thanks for the umbrella in the room. It helped.

Bra läge, fantastisk service och personal. Rummen var väldigt, väldigt små men takhöjden kompenserade intrycket och jag har sällan bott på ett så rent och välstädat hotell. Frukosten var väldigt bra men det finns bättre franska middagsalternativ till kvällen i närheten.

Sehr schönes Hotel, äußerst freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück. Die Lage zur Altstadt und für Ausflüge ist ebenfalls opitmal.Wir waren das zweite Mal in dem Hotel und würden beim nächsten Besuch in Stockholm definitiv wieder das Hotel buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

This is an excellent hotel, especially if it is your first time in Stockholm. It is centrally located and just a 15-20 min walk to almost anything you want to do. It’s quiet at night and the included breakfast is amazing, as other reviewers noted. I would value it at least around $20 so consider that when thinking about the room price. It’s scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, cold meats and cheeses as well as fish. Importantly, hotel staff are extremely helpful pointing out cool things to see and do in the city. Elsa, with the breakfast crew, helped me learn some Swedish and nudged me to go on a great day trip to Uppsala. I would happily recommend this place to friends and family.

This hotel is an excellent choice when staying in Stockholm. Close to amenities and attractions with comfortable, clean rooms with various configurations to choose from. A shout out to Kiki on the front desk who was brilliant at giving us ideas for places to eat and to visit. Recommendations to future visitors - take advantage of the front desk / concierge to help with arranging tour and transport bookings. They are really helpful with good local knowledge. I hope to return to Stockholm and this hotel one day.

This was an excellent choice in every way. So comfortable and quiet for a great sleep. Outstanding staff. Breakfast complete with smoked salmon, meatballs etc etc etc. And wonderful pastries! The ambient setting is beautiful, as if one were dining outdoors. There are comfortable seating options outside the front door where one can relax and enjoy unlimited cappuccinos. The location is 1 minute subway stop from Stockholm Central Train but I preferred taking the T Central Tram/Bus minutes longer, which stops next door at King’s Garden Park, my favorite place to cool down with a cold beer while watching happy children play in the large shallow pool with water geysers a plenty. The old scenic town and the upscale shopping areas are just minutes away. A day trip using public ferries to Vaxholm can’t be beat. The deeply discounted senior 24 hr transportation pass (110 Kr) is a wonderful bargain. Truly a fantastic two days!

Absolutely wonderful. Lovely room, comfortable bed, very easy walking to all the sights, great little brasserie in the hotel, lovely bar - and breakfast is fantastic.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it provides us with just the right amount of comfort, in a very good location, in the centre of Stockholm, especially as it is only 15 minutes walk from the Arlanda Express. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I only spent a short night at Hotel Kungstadgarden. I wish I had stayed longer. It's a friendly, elegant hotel in a quiet, yet central location. I had an attic level room, which meant a sloping ceiling that limited walking space a bit -- but that was more than okay because the room had no much character, not to mention a great view. Would love to stay here again. The glass elevator soaring above the restaurant and lobby is another special touch.
