+ bra lokaler för jobb och umgänge. Fint gym som var öppet för boende. Bra frukostlokal som gjorde att ljudnivån var låg. Bra utbud på frukost - dålig information vid incheckning. Fick inte reda på vart frukost, rum eller övriga faciliteter låg. Rummet var till besvikelse. Handfatet var stopp i, städningen var inte bra. Hårstrån i duschen. Inte spolat efter städning. Heltäckningsmatta med massa fläckar. Tvn fungerade sporadiskt. Spa:et var fullspäckat med folk. Fick inte plats vid poolen. Även bastun var full. Även här dålig information från personal i receptionen.

Lækkert hotel. Larmende musik overalt var største minus. Personalet fantastisk. Restaurant på 26.etage virkelig godt. Pool området på 3. Lidt nusset men skyldes gæsternes manglende hensyn. Medbragte glas og manglende brus inden brug afholdt mig fra at bade.

Vårt rum skulle vara ett av de bättre Large at Jq men skicket var verkligen inte bra golvet var nerslitet och badrummet i trist skick. Flera lampor som inte fungerade och många ytor var för slitna (bord etc). Layout design superfint men hade behövt en uppfräschning för att nå förväntan vid detta pris. Sedan är serierna att få betala extra för allt rätt trist - ni får tid x - vill ni ändra kostar det 100kr - man får känslan att man bara är en kund sett i pengar. Hellre ta ett pris och inkludera lite service. Personalen var rätt oengagerad och nästan snorkig - man fick känslan att man skulle vara tacksam för att få bo på detta hippa hotell. Speciellt tjejen som tog emot i spat var tråkig i tonen och verkade tycka sig vara lite bättre än gästerna. Middagen på takvåningen var helt ok maten var god men inget fantastiskt - samma sak här kyparen var vänlig men ett oengagerad- verkade mest checka av bord efter bord. De bästa hotellen vi har bott på sätter detaljerna och överraskar positivt samtidigt som man har en avslappnad och ödmjuk ton - detta var verkligen inte fallet hos Jaycs Min fru glömde till sist ett par lurar på hotellet. Det tog två dagar innan vi ens fick svar på vår förfrågan.

Perfekt med gratis ute pool, maten i baren och serviceminded personal, underbar frukost, enda som går att klaga på är att utcheckningen är redan 10.00, annars perfekt!

Great experience. Only stayed at the hotel for 1 night but I tried to experience majority of things going on. Part of my night included two hours in their pool club, access to steam room, sauna, heated pool(s), service on day beds. Although because it does get quite busy it's hard to get a day bed near the upstairs pool, but if you want quiet there is a fire room away from the pool which has an ample amount of day beds. Staying in the medium JQ room which is higher up in the building, great design, able to cast to TV, and connect to Bluetooth speaker, mini bar (prices weren't too bad). Bed was interesting, it was a little softer than I would like but that's down to personal preference. Didn't get to experience the JQ bar, I believe it's closed certain days of the week. Had dinner at the Gogogaga restaurant, wasn't really a fan of the food. The drinks were good. Drinks at the lobby bar was nice, background music and can play games with friends I definitely would stay again. I would like to try the large rooms, and try the Jacyz rooms (which are lower in the building so don't have much of a view but are cheaper)

Trevligt hotellrum med handikappanpassning, vilket för icke-behövande innebar lite extra dörröppettid där andra gäster ser rätt in på rummet. Innebar även gott om svängrum. Rum med plats för arbete innebar fåtölj med lågt bord och tyvärr ej fungerande eluttag. Men god frukost och utmärkt middag på gogogaga (oreserverat drop-in med plats i baren). Mycket trevlig personal.

Måske ramte vi forkert, for dette hotel ville passe til en målgruppe 18 til 28 årige... Spa områder på øverste etager minder mere om en sydeuropæisk beachpartybar, med høj popmusik så man ikke kan samle en tanke. Udendørs spa på 3 sal, var fin. Søndag aften havde restaurent i stueplan lukket, så man kunne få en snasket burger som kunne indtages ved et sofabord ude i lobbyen. Morgenmad: nok det mest stressede hvor de ikke har nok siddeplader nok til gæster, så det var lige før man måtte side på gulvet for at indtage morgenmad - total kaos og stressende! Så man kaster maden ind i en fart for hurtigt at komme væk fra området. Værelse var fint nok, men meget lydt og når dør til naborum lukkes vibrerer væge i rum... Brusematur: pænt - men total ubrugeligt. Ingen elkoger (kaffe/te) på værelse. Men det er med sikkerhed et fint hotel for den yngre målgruppe! Ikke for det voksne publikum som forbinder spa med ro og afslapning... Vi var på hotellet fra søndag til tirsdag - 2 overnatninger - og kommer ikke igen!

Et dejligt ophold på et skønt hotel.

A stunning hotel with a great atmosphere. Games, table tennis, shuffle boards, pool table and interactive golf all free of charge. Complimentary tea/coffee/water on level 3. Room was clean, comfortable & had robe and flip flops provided. Close-ish to town centre (15-20 mins walk). We also had the option for late check out until 1pm (100SEK/ £8 per extra hour). Be aware that Archie’s restaurant is only open Fri-Sun, but you can have Archie’s food in the lobby area for the other days. Great cocktails at Gogogaga skybar. Cons: We were denied being served at the pool club due to our session being almost over (It was 4:50pm. We still had 25 minutes and only wanted 2 cocktails). Later that eve, we asked if we could change the pool access time for the next day to a later time slot & were told we had to pay £28pp to create a new booking. The lady at reception said if we had asked at check in, it would have been free. I was a bit annoyed considering this wasn’t given as an option at check in,nor did I feel I had to make a new booking considering this was included in our stay. To make matters worse, we ended up paying for the later time slot but at check out were told by a different receptionist that we didn’t have to make another booking & it could have been moved for 100 SEK/£8. We didn’t get the money refunded.

Vi har bott här flera gånger och varit mycket nöjda men denna gången var bemötandet inte bra alls Hade det varit första gången vi bott här hade vi inte kommit tillbaka fler gånger

Love this place. Clean, comfortable, nice vibe, good breakfast. The only negative thing I can think of was the small towels and the location being a bit far from the city.

Amazing hotel with loads to do. Would recommend to all to book and stay.

My partner and I had a great stay at the Jacy’z hotel. A much needed getaway for a couple of days and the hotel fulfilled that to a tee!

Where do I start ... overall the place was lovely the hotel room was really nice clean , the decor was really nice the atmosphere was amazing the staff was amazing except one at the restaurant he refused to give us food and said to us that we were over fully booked thank God there was a nice gentleman in the mini bar I didn't catch his name but he was so helpful and we sat at the mini bar and then he made sure that we got a space to sit down in the actual restaurant and we was able to actually have some food. its a shame alcohol wasn't allowed in the rooms only in the spa , also I wasn't happy that there wasn't no shops around so in the middle of the night if I wanted something to eat there wasn't nothing to eat. I also would say why don't the rooms have a usc c port and a usb port as that a universal thing and it would be easier to charge your phone or tablet. I did not appreciate going downstairs speaking to someone behind the desk for them to see what I look like asking them for towels because we ran out they took an hour to come up and bring the towels when we got the towels they were hand towels which we asked for body towels which wasn't unacceptable.

Great stay and only improvements would be a phone in the room as if anything wrong in room you have to physically go to reception. Everyone getting spa time at the same time of day is too much and should be spread out to avoid crowding. I would point this out at check in and offer upgrades at that point if required.

The stay was very good. The spa was stunning. It was very busy so nowhere to rest as all beds were taken. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. The bar is expensive too! Our check in wasn’t great, there was no explanation how to use the lift, what floor our room was on, if the spa access was valid on the second day and what time, we had to keep pestering, basic information should be explained at check in. Also our session was 3:15 but only checked in at 3 so had to rush to get to spa to get our 2 hours. But overall worth the trip, the hotel is beautiful! ❤️
