청결하지 않았습니다.

街の中心のはロケーションで主要交通機関にもアクセス便利｡屋内パーキングも好印象｡ エアコンが効かず残念だった｡ スイスはエコノミーなアパートホテルは無いが国境付近だとフランスよりローリスク｡フランスの車上荒らしは怖いので安心を買う意味でスイス側を勧めたい｡

Very service minded and helpful staff

Die Lüftung konnte nicht abgeschaltet oder geschlossen werden. Zudem hat sie dauernd Geräusche gemacht. Wir haben es gemeldet, doch die Hilfe war spärlich und nützte nichts. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und es gab keine neuen Frottetücher. Schade, wir werden nicht mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten.

This is a great place for an overnight or two! Everything you need in your room plus very cool public spaces. Close to transportation, coffee shops & restaurants, grocery stores. Plus Basel is a great city to visit!

Great stay

The hotel was nice and the room large. The design was outdated. The breakfast buffet was run very differently by each attendant. Weekend was lovely with fresh orange juice at the buffet. The other days a different service and also a tendency for staff or other people associated with the place to hang out in the relatively small breakfast area to chat and have coffee. Basel offers free public transportation and discounted access to museums as part of the hotel stay but the receptionist managed to mix it up, so our ticket only lasted 24hrs instead of 72hrs. Another receptionist fixed it and was professionally apologetic which was nice of him. Still - it shouldn’t really happen.

Keine Klimaanlage

An sich stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (insbesondere im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Basel). Zimmer war auch vollkommen zufriedenstellend. Einzige Kritikpunkt für mich war die Lüftung. Wer einen besonders dünnen Schlaf hat, könnte beim Einschlafen davon gestört werden

Hôtel propre très bien situé. Personnel très accueillant et attentionné. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Aparthotel muy limpio y estupendamente equipado. Muy amables y serviciales. Perfecto para pasar unos días.

Great flexibility for eating in or eating out, good location on quieter street but easy to walk to everything, transport links, grocery stores close by to stock up the fridge, nice walls by the river. Linen and towels clean and fresh. Kitchen reasonably stocked. Found kettle in cupboard which is essential for us brits. Only downside is we couldn't adjust the air con below 22 degrees which was a little too warm at night but not the end of the world. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Basel.
