Negatives: - Ablauf Lavabo Bad fast verstopft - Nach dem Duschen endtdht erstmal eine Wasserlache ausserhalb der Dusche weil die Dichtlippe unten an der Glastüre fehlt - Kaffeekapseln Geschmack schrecklich, 2 Zuckersticks bei 4 Kapseln Kaffee, kein Kaffeerahm - Kein Mikrofasertuch um nach dem Geschirrspülen die Oberflächen zu trocknen - TV Gerät hängt schief und es fehlt der Deckel des Kabelkanals - Bild hängt schief - Kühlschrank, der Kompressor ist zu laut - Glaskeramik stellt mitten im Kochvorgang ab - Dampfabzug ist Umlluft, Zimmer stinkt sehr nach dem Kochen - Matratzensystem schon durchgelegen - Weingläser 2 Stk. in versch. Grössen - Türe Bad verzogen, knallt sehr wenn sie schliesst (Hydraulikschliessarm) - Föhn, stinkt und unhandlich da der Knopf gedrückt bleiben muss Positives - Gutes Duschmittel

Our fridge wasn’t working and despite reporting it 3 times nothing was done, on the 4th occasion we were allocated an ‘upgraded’ room. Lady was very helpful on reception and put us on the side of the building as we were booked for 6 nights.

O atendimento no checkin foi excelente. O quarto nos foi dado as 11da manhã, perfeito! Tufo limpo e organizado! Depois pudemos deixar nossas bagagens sem custo algum! Excelente!!

Friendly staff. Close to the centre. Good to be able to make a meal in our room and nice to have access to the sauna.

Hotel was nice but customer service incredibly poor. My room had an issue with the air conditioning that was never resolved. I requested a copy of the invoice for an extra nights stay due to a cancelled flight. Despite requesting it three times I still haven’t received it.

Great location as it was a 7-min walk to the HB. Nice lounge area at the lobby and good laundry facilities on L2. A few dining options nearby. Apartment is small with dining area and the sofa bed made for the kids. We had a double in the space next to the sofa and requested more pillows as well. Kids mentioned the sofa bed was hard but got a few extra pillows to help with sleep. No fan in the bathroom so must keep door when showering or it gets too foggy. All the toilets in Europe have a lingering smell so not sure why.

Great location, close to main train station which make sit easy to get around. Reception was very welcoming. Very hard as the apartment was probably a bit small for our needs. Also the heating and cooling were inconsistent. I would stay here again because of the convenience and friendliness of the staff.

Good overall! I understand you can pay for extra towels, cleaning etc but for a booking of 6 nights, I feel maybe a mid stay clean/towel refresh could be included. Room was overlooking the void in centre if hotel so felt a bit claustrophobic. However, it was convenient and I would stay here again.

Good and affordable hotel. The apartment is quite equipped for 4 people and it has all the necessary amenities. Only thing to keep in mind, they do not perform cleaning until the 6th day of staying
