We picked Arlette Hotel on our way back from Zermatt as it was very close to the train station. The staff are so polite and accommodating.
The room had an 80s vibe which I loved.
Continental breakfast was included and it was delicious.
Very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area.

Şehrin gezilecek bütün yerlerine yürüme mesafesinde bulunduğundan tercihiniz olmalı. Resepsiyon görevlisi Ayfer Hanım her konuda çok yardımcı oluyor. Kahvaltıda oldukça doyurucu. Zürih de kalmak gerekse tercihim yine bu otel olurdu.

何もかもが高いチューリッヒで中央駅からのアクセスがよく良心的な値段だったのでこちらのホテルにしました。
設備は古いですが、水回りも問題なく使えました。また、アメニティは最小限（石鹸とシャンプー・ボディウオッシュ兼用の小袋１つくらい）なので必要な方は持参をおすすめします。朝食は飲み物、ジュース、ゆで卵、パン、チーズ、ジャム類のセットで、他の卵料理は追加料金がかかります。
スタッフが本当に親切で感じが良く、スイス人の温かさを代表しているように思いました。泊まってよかったです。

We picked Arlette Hotel on our way back from Zermatt as it was very close to the train station. The staff are so polite and accommodating.

It’s nearby Zürich Hauptbahnhof,it’s easy to access anywhere.
It's not a new hotel, but the facilities are sufficient.
The staffs are so kind and I was very happy with the service by staffs.
While having free breakfast,I was able to relax every morning.
If I visit to Switzerland,I would want to stay there again.

El elevador no sirve y nadie pudo ayudarme con mi maleta al hacer el check out fue un caos mi salida desde el tercer piso con maletas, si no funciona el elevador deberían estar más pendientes de los huéspedes y el de recepción no se prestó a ser atento ni amable, pésimo servicio en atención al huésped todo lo contrario a la hora del check out que me proporcionó a una persona para subir mis maletas… es triste porque el hotel es bueno y cumple en todo excepto en su elevador hechado a perder desde hace ya vario tiempo

It is a classic hotel, please don’t compare it with other modern design hotels. Everything is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, bonus is the fridge in the room. Great location near Zurich HB.

The Hotel Arlette is very conveniently located to the main train station- just a short walk across the river. The room was small and clean, and had some great vintage touches! The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was basic but served with care and very much appreciated. The items in the mini bar/fridge are very reasonably priced. Also it's so nice to have the use of a fridge in your room. My only disappointment was that the aircon was switched off during the time of year of my stay, even though it was quite hot outside, but this was manageable with opening the window, taking a cool shower, and lying still. This was by far the most economical option in the city, and it was perfectly adequate. So much so that I opted to stay here again on my return from the Alps. Would stay again!

The hotel was very dated, i felt it was overpriced for what it was. The staff were super friendly, i just felt for the condition it should have cheaper. Zurich is a very expensive city, but that doesn't justify a hotel with a tiny room, awful bed and thin towels to charge so much money. Breakfast was good and the location was great.

O hotel é bem antigo e tem carpete por todos os lados (esse pode ser um ponto importante, caso você seja alérgico). O ponto alto é a localização, sendo bem perto da estação de trem e bem central para outros passeios. O café da manhã é igual todos os dias e servido na mesa em porções limitadas. O banheiro é pequeno, o box apertado e o secador de cabel muito fraco. De forma geral, recomendo o hotel. Fomos bem recebidos pelo staff e as moças do café da manhã eram muito simpáticas. Voltaria caso fosse para Zurique novamente.
