Nice property with some extras… like free bottled water, fruit and ice cream in the lobby, and some free drinks in the mini bar. Good breakfasts included. Super friendly and helpful staff. 24 front desk service, someone always around and available. Great location in old town and close to trains and trams.

All staff I encountered was lovely and it was a great bonus to have ice pops and some snacks for free in the lobby, breakfast was good as well. My room was clean and nice, it even had a small balcony. Most hotels in Zurich don’t have air conditioning in the summer so I expected it to be warm and it was, but the staff did their best to help with this as much as possible.

We loved the area because we could walk to all the restaurants and shops. We were right near the train station. The restaurant that the hotel set up breakfast in was so charming and the breakfast was delicious! The staff so welcoming and wanted to make sure that you had everything that you would like to eat! We would absolutely stay there again!

Hotel bien ubicado, desayunos deliciosos y muy comoletos y variados, atención del personal buenísima y muy amables tanto recepción como comedor. Sin embargo, la habitación que nos dieron en el tercer piso, muy caliente, sin un buen aire acondicionado y muy ruidoso, en pleno verano un poco desafiante y el hotel full sin poder pedir cambio de habitación.

Las instalaciones por fuera están algo viejas, pero por dentro está muy bien el hotel en general. Hay ruido en la noche en las calles, hacía mucho calor y nos dieron un aire acondicionado móvil y también ventiladores, el desayuno está bueno y el personal de todo el Hotel es muy amable

Fint hotel, dejligt med gratis koldt vand ved receptionen. Kunne godt bruge noget aircondition på værelset. Med 35 grader om dagen og 22 om natten. Så er værelset meget varmt hele natten. Det ødelægger lidt søvnen. Ellers et hyggeligt hotel.

La habitación es muuuy pequeña, el aire lavado no enfría por qué es de esos portátiles que dejan la ventana abierta para que por ahí salga el tubo de desagüe del aire, si vas con más de dos maletas pequeñas no caben en ninguna parte, el personal de la recepción amable sin embargo la encargada del restaurante cero capacitada en amabilidad al cliente, no vale para nada la pena pagar el desayuno. El elevador caben dos personas y súper viejo. Las alfombras empolvadas. Como no hay aire acondicionado en la recepción te ofrecen paletas y aguas gratis. Precio calidad no corresponde para nada. No hay teléfono en la habitación y tampoco algún medio para comunicarte con la recepción.

Excelente ubicación !! El personal es super amable, nos tocó rotación de 3 personas en recepción y los tres fueron muy atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Te reciben con una sonrisa todos los días y están en muy buena disposición de ayudarte en lo que necesites. Súper recomendado!!!!

スイスのホテルの値段が高いのは仕方がない。スタッフはフレンドリーでよかったがやはり値段に対する対価としてみると評価は低い。朝食の卵料理は作ってくれるが残念な仕上がり。もう少しメニューがあるとよい。部屋は明かりは暗め。移動式のエアコンと扇風機で今の熱いヨーロッパ事情では仕方がないのか、あるだけありがたいのか・・。
