Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, besonders an der Reception. Tadellos saubere Zimmer, insgesamt charmantes kleines familiäres Hotel, das gleich neben dem wunderschönen botanischen Garten liegt und auch der See ist in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Haben uns im Eden sehr wohlgefühlt.

room is very clean, comfortable to sleep, quality of hotel personil service is best, good and warmly personil, hotel fascilities and surround public area is very good and unforgetable, location and bus station to downtown and united nation area very very closed looks like next to the room but not noisy. I recomended this hotel to all of my friend and colleague. my advice to give more bathroom amenities like tooth brush and something that can bring home such room sandal, key room etc. but everything is BEST

This beautiful hotel was ideal for my stay in Geneva. It is a block from the park that borders the lake and also the botanical gardens. Old town and the United Nations are within 30 minutes walk or can catch a bus at end of either block to go any direction.

1).Location - literally 2mins walk from station where you have option of 3 buses. Walk a further 3mins and option of tram.
2).Free Transit card provided by hotel which came in very handy and ensured visiting its of key sites.
3). Facility - Room was not too big it adequate and had all I needed, tv, refrigerator, desk. Breakfast included and although Buffett style, had everything from cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, juice, eggs which you could boil in the boiling pan, different types of bread including, croissants and this wonderful lemon cake and all types of fruits.
4) In house Restaurant - Food in Geneva isn’t great and to get a hotel which serves very great meals, was a bonus.
5) Staff - very friendly and always eager to help.

A lovely hotel, well placed near a local train station and bus routes, and a couple of minutes from the lakeside. Ideal if you don't want to stay right in the city centre. Staff were friendly, and the breakfasts were great. Fantastic room, well appointed. Black out blinds would be good though, as would an actual door on the bathroom rather than the translucent sliding glass panel.

Bom hotel. Construção antiga que tem o seu estilo. O quarto é um pouco apertado mas confortável. Como o prédio é antigo o elevador foi adaptado e é bem pequeno. Uma família maior tem que fazer algumas viagens com a bagagem. O café é ok. O serviço é bom e fica localizado em um lugar aprazível em frente a um bonito parque mas cerca de 30/40 minutos de caminhada do centro.

We stayed just one night (Saturday) before we flew out of Geneva on Sunday. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hair dryer in the room connected to the wall did not work so they immediately brought one up one that worked great. When we were going to bed, the bedside light connected to the wall would not turn off, so the woman at the reception just gave us another room to sleep in right next door, since there was not any maintenance staff there over the weekend. The included breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for the number of things that I listed above. Also, there was a bug spray can on one of the shelves when we arrived, I assume left by the cleaning crew. That made us wonder if there was a bug issue, but we never saw any bugs. Overall a nice hotel.

This is a nice hotel near the jardín botanique and the lake. Certainly a close walk to the jet (20-30 minutes). Staff was courteous, especially Camille who provided a welcoming smile and lots of tips to enjoy the city including bus and lake taxi routes. Place is a bit outdated but it is kept clean and comfortable.
