Room was perfect for the four of us - plenty of space and the breakfast was relaxing and enjoyable.
The downside was our room was on 1st floor and apparently right above the outdoor smoking area, so the room smelled like smoke if we had the windows open which was disappointing.

Excellent customer service was so refreshing as it is rare these days! Easy parking included and beautiful area. They had an extra bed( a good one) made already and was impressed. Clean and comfortable room.

The hotel has a good structure and a convenient location.
However, my experience with the service was unfortunately very disappointing.
At check-in, when I mistakenly entered the wrong PIN for my credit card, the receptionist laughed and made an inappropriate comment regarding my ability to pay. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.
During breakfast, I also encountered rude and inattentive behavior from the staff, which further contributed to a negative impression of the service.
These were not isolated incidents, but rather a recurring pattern of poor customer care throughout my stay.
While the facilities are good, the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff significantly impacted my overall experience.
I hope the hotel will take steps to improve this aspect, as the location and property itself have a lot of potential.

We stayed at Hotel Interlaken recently. Overall, the hotel itself was quite nice—the rooms, although a bit small, were clean and comfortable. The washrooms were also well-maintained and up to standard. However, we did face a serious issue during our stay. Both my wife and I developed a severe skin allergy, which we believe was caused by either the detergent used or lack of cleanliness in the bedsheets and towels. It was quite disappointing and took away from an otherwise pleasant experience. We hope the hotel looks into this matter seriously.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Interlaken. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was cozy and clean, and the room service was quick and reliable.
Breakfast was nice—they did their best to offer a good continental spread, which we appreciated. We had dinner at the hotel once, and it was a great experience. The Swiss dishes were delicious, and the ambiance was lovely.
Overall, it was a great stay. The warm hospitality and attention to detail made our time in Interlaken even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Extremely expensive for what you get. Body soap and shampoo are one bottle. No hair conditioner available. Room is extremely small. I would research other hotels in area for better value and amenities.

Loved our stay at this hotel. I often read all reviews looking for personal experiences so I wanted to share!
This hotel was a 5-7 minute walk from Interlaken OST station, which made it easy for us to travel to surrounding towns. Conveniently located to many shops and restaurants! Room was cozy, beds and pillows were really comfortable! Breakfast was great in the mornings and the restaurant in the hotel is great for dinner. We had a fabulous stay!

The location is great. It's a 5-minute walk to the train station and the natural scenery is amazing. There's a microwave so you can easily heat up food. The breakfast buffet is also great and delicious.

Hotel has delicious breakfast selections each morning marvelous team all around, rooms very clean , comfortable and surroundings are well kept . We also like proximity to church , train stations , restaurant Taverne in site serving delicious menus with great presentations . Also appreciate having coffee /tea in the atrium after long walks and felt safe walking around town even at late hours of night after visiting Christmas markets . Always a relaxing stay , staffs welcoming and can’t think of any better place to stay while visiting Bernese OBerland . Thank you team Interlaken , George and Karin, your customer service is second to none .

The staff is absolutely amazing. Great location, not a far walk from the train station.The room was very quite and clean. I would have rated a full five stars except the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. If they just replace the pillows, an easy fix, that would help immensely.
