We had a great experience staying here. We choose thjs hotel because we had same good experience in Dubai with this hotel.

Alice at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. We arrived too early for check in, so she allowed us to store our bags in a locked room, while went to tour the Rhine Waterfall. She even told us walking directions to the near by train station, and told us which trains to take. Very courteous and friendly.

Reserviertes Zimmer nicht erhalten. Zimmer war offebar nur für eine Person vorgesehen. 1 Badetuch, 1 Trinkglas etc. Nespressokapseln vorhanden, Maschine nicht. Minibar leer.
Service im Restaurant mangelhaft. Dessertkarte wurde gebracht, Nach einer halbstündigen Wartezeit war uns die Lust am Dessert vergangen.

Beim Einchecken im Hotel wurde es sehr mühsam. Nach einer langen Reise erwartete uns nicht etwa ein freundlicher Empfang, sondern ein selbsternannter Manager der eine neue Rechnung aufsetzte und plötzlich mehr verlangte als ursprünglich im Internet angegeben war. Jedes Mal das gleiche Dilemma: unnötige Diskussionen, bürokratisches Hin und Her und am Ende heisst es, der Kunde sei unachtsam gewesen. So etwas ist weder üblich noch kundenfreundlich ich buche dort ganz bestimmt nicht mehr.

Im Zimmer lag noch Müll von den vorherigen Gästen.
Sicherung mehrmals rausgefallen, technischer Dienst sprach kein Deutsch und kam nicht auf die Idee dass es an der Sicherung lag.
Receptionsmitarbeiter freundlich.
Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.
Für 1 Nacht ok, für länger nicht.

We liked that there was a free shuttle to/from the airport, however, you might have to wait because other guests were shopping and picked up at the same time. We were lucky to get the very last 2 seats or we would have waited 40 minutes. The room was okay. The shower sprayed water all over the floor. The hair dryer didn’t work and when I called the front desk for help I was told that he didn’t know how it worked and housekeeping wouldn’t arrive for a few hours. So I had wet hair that day. Our room was in the front of the building and had a bright light shining in all night because the curtains didn’t completely close. The hotel is convenient for the airport, but I cannot recommend.

Right by the airport. Shuttles take you to and from the airport. Staff was lovely. The only issue we had was out room was hot and we couldn’t get it to cool down.

Property is dated and the room only had one plug near desk so if you wanted to plug in your computer you couldn't have the light plugged in. Very basic hotel that is long past it's prime. Fair number of options for breakfast but food was average at best.

Only there for a day but a great place. The room was surprisingly large and the bed was extremely comfortable. What more was there? The shower was powerful and refreshing. The shuttle to the airport was quick and efficient. Great experience.

Staff was friendly but the room wasn’t very nice. Was stifling hot half the night until we opened the window. The beds were not very comfortable. Wasn’t a great experience for our family. We are all tired after a poor nights sleep. We won’t stay there again.
