O que salvou a estadia foi a atendente Gema. Hotel sem recepção, sem ar condicionado, caro, porém com boa localização. Dá pra fazer toda a região do lago Zurich a pé. O café também é bom, mas viemos no verão e é inaceitável uma diária tão cara para um lugar que não tem um ar-condicionado!

Zimmer sauber, aber unerträglich warm, weil es kein Klimaanlage gibt. Provisorisch aufgestellt Ventilatoren habe leider auch nicht geholfen. Frühstück war nett, Empfangsdame aber sehr unfreundlich. Soweit in Ordnung für ein-zwei Nächte.

It’s a nice little boutique hotel in a good neighborhood. Easy transportation right outside makes it easy to access. The hotel itself is what you would expect from a 3-star accommodation. The room was nice and tidy, although the tv didn’t work or could not be started (there was no manual to be found). The breakfast was a little too cheap I think, beside yoghurt there wasn’t much to choose from. No bacon or sausages for the scrambled eggs, no ham or similar to the toast etc.

We got to the hotel during hot weather. As instructed online, I called the property the day before we checked in to ensure there would be portable AC in the room. However, we were told only fan is available in the 90+ degree weather.
We could not sleep during the nights. Won’t stay here again.

The hotel was well placed just outside the centre of Zurich. The room was good but the bathroom was a little on the small side. The room had good facilities. The breakfast was nice and a decent selection. There was also a few nice touches like having coffee and water available all day.

The hotel's location is excellent—right next to a tram and bus line, and just a short walking distance from Zurich's main train station. The breakfast is simple. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, and the fan doesn't always help.
