地點超好，過去10年，每次來台北都住這兒

立地がよい。MRT東門駅直結で、人気の永康街も目の前。東門市場も徒歩30秒。 スタッフの対応もよい。 800ｍ位先の大安公園への朝の散歩もおすすめ。リスに会えます。

연박하면 침구류는 갈아주지 않아서 아쉬웠어요 그거 외에는 숙소위치, 청소 등 맘에 들었습니다!

很專業又很親切的商旅。交通、環境和地點非常方便，在商圈附近但也安靜。有電梯的地鐵站非常近，名店家都在附近，位於安全乾淨的地區。房間的設計很新很乾淨。非常值得推薦的旅館。

Great location and a comfortable stay whether for one night or many. I've stayed here before and really enjoyed the property and the staff. Having stayed several days once in January, I decided to stay again for a one-night trip on my way to the US. The staff is well informed and tells you everything upfront in terms of late check outs, breakfast and everything else. I took a chance and did ask if I could check out late by one hour but was told I'd have to pay for the extra hour -- granted, they did tell me this when I checked in but I've had other properties around the world break the rules, especially for a return guest. That said, for all I know they're fully booked and needed the room so I won't hold it against them. Another big plus, two free bottles of water in the room and there are more bottles in the lobby if you need more (also free). Love that! Yes, I will stay here again on my next trip to Taipei. If you're going to be bouncing around Taipei by the great MRT system, the Dongmen station is just a few steps away from the hotel so you can't beat it.

Bra hotel med utmärkt läge. Mycket nära till två tunnelbanor. Flera små restauranger i närheten. Rejäl frukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Good location for local market

捷運の駅出口からほぼ直結で、しかもその出口にはエレベーターがあり、ラクラクでした。 永康街、東門市場までもすぐだし、ロケーションはとにかく最高です！ 部屋は狭いですが清潔で快適に過ごせました。 ロビー階以上の客室に行くにはエレベーター内でルームカードをタッチする必要があり、セキュリティもよかったです。 ただ、洗面所の流れが悪く、その点が個人的にマイナスポイントです。

The Positives: Location: When you exit the hotel, turn left and you are steps away from DongMen Metro station with elevator accessibility. Many food options nearby. Turn right when you exit the hotel, and DongMen market are also steps away. You may have a lower room rate on most weekdays of the month, even better if you book earlier. The negatives: We stayed there in mid March and it was chilly at night. The hotel staff informed us that there was no central heating (the thermostat would control AC only.) They offered us portable heaters, if desired. Older building. Only 1 elevator access. Smaller room with limited space. 4 or 5 hangers on a wall hook to hang your clothes (no closet or door.) Limited housekeeping service for trash removal and towels exchange.

接待樓層有異味，可能接近餐廳。只有一部電梯等很久。床太硬，枕太軟～ 位置便利，鄰近東門。

Convenient transportation

Location is convenient. Room size is small. Towels are old. Staff is excellent in helping us store luggages and providing suggestions on shopping.

Great location. Small but well equipped rooms. Kai and Eve were very helpful at the Front desk. Around the corner from the Dongmen MRT!

因鄰房客人於深夜嘈吵,加上飯店的隔音略為差一點,所以有向飯店人員反映及作跟進！ 整體入住評價都是可以接受！ 房間整潔,職員有禮貌,所提供一切住宿設施都是很好！ 希望飯店在未來能夠可以改善隔音,再進步多點

很乾凈、舒適、方便、近東門市場。員工服務親切。值得推薦。

The staff and service are great! The location is amazing. Right outside of dongmen station exit 8 which has an elevator for your luggage. Right across from yongkang st and a few stops from major attractions. The hotel is just down the alley behind the post office with the lobby on floor L. The single bed room is a decent size for solo travelers, the shower has good water pressure, and the toilet has a bidet. The hotel has a coin operated washer and dryer with free detergent. The downside is the hotel elevator can be a little slow since there’s only 1 and many floors. If you can, I recommend taking the stairs. The bed isn’t the most comfortable but it does the job. The room is a bit dusty but overall pretty clean. I would stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed at Chaiin. Staff was friendly and responded promptly to my comment for a luggage stand. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Dongmen fresh market selling produces, meat, seafood, and takeaway foods, and cheap clothing is just a short walk behind the hotel. I counted about ten banking institutions along Xinyi Road. There are red and orange MRT lines at the Dongmen station. The double room is cramped if you travel with three pieces of luggage.
