We booked the honeymoon suite with sea view. The room was very worth the price. It's also the best way to enjoy the nearby beach as you need to be guest of the hotel to swim in the only suitable swimming area that has life guards.
The hotel is a bit old but I think the quality was good overall. The only mediocre thing was the buffet restaurant but since Kenting is very close you can just walk to a better restaurant. The morning buffet was ok.
We were here on March when there was not much tourists but the weather was perfect so it was almost like having a private beach and private swimming facilities. The staff is very helpful and overall the hotel is well-equipped and offers great facilities. Word of advice: don't book the mountain view. You must absolutely book the sea view.

I love the private beach and ocean view from our balcony. We booked the honeymoon suite which came with a huge bathtub overlooking the ocean. Great place to relax!!

Wonderful hotel, I regret I had to leave too soon. I admired the museum pieces on display in the hall with the bakdrop of the Ocean view. The staff was very helpful in giving me info about all the places to visit in the Kenting area. An amazing place.

Hotellet har en fantastisk placering lige ud til stranden. Værelserne var fine men lidt slidt. Desuden virkede toilettet ikke halvdelen af tiden og vi måtte bede om hjælp i receptionen flere gange.
Hotellets faciliteter er generelt fine men trænger til en overhaling efterhånden.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The grounds are nice. The only drawback was that the gym had old equipment and was dirty. Airflow was also poor for exercising.

The hotel has its own access to the beach so it’s convenient. However, with the five star price that you pay, I have to say there is so much improvement needed for the hotel to meet our five stars expectation.
The breakfast buffet was soso ( the dinner was great). The front concierge doesn’t seem to enjoy her job and gave us a poker face when we asked her question. The weather wasn’t nice when we stayed , so we expect to spend more time using their indoor amenities. However, there were not many options. All in all , I will give this hotel a 4 star instead of a 5 star.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the facilities were generally well-maintained, I encountered a couple of issues that impacted my overall experience.
Firstly, the rules surrounding the use of the swimming pool were quite restrictive compared to other hotels in the area. For example, specific hats needed to be worn. Additionally, the requirement to wear a specific type of swim cap felt unnecessary and was not enforced at other nearby hotels.
Secondly, the breakfast buffet left much to be desired, especially for Muslim guests or those with dietary restrictions. The selection was heavily focused on Taiwanese cuisine, with very few options that would appeal to international visitors. There were limited choices for halal food, and the overall variety was lacking, which made breakfast a less enjoyable experience.
While the hotel has its strengths, these issues with the pool rules and breakfast options are areas that could use improvement to better cater to a diverse range of guests.

Excellent staff - but we were housed in the old area of the resort and the rooms are tired, however the beds were very comfy. Breakfast, the coffee places were all very very good. Pool area is excellent.
The beach area needs some serious maintenance and trash collection. Seems like a lot of inconsistencies between the various areas of the resort.
Also the registration gave one information but later the breakfast restaurant wouldn’t honor the coupons given by registration.
For the grounds in front of the resort there is a lot of plastic waste.
