1人宿泊なのに朝食券が2枚付くのが不思議でしたが、朝食後に改めて残りの一枚と交換でカップをもらってコーヒーをいただけました。 広くて綺麗で心地よかったです。仕事が立て込んでプールに入らなかったのは残念でした。

スタッフの対応も良くて、お部屋も清潔で綺麗でよかった。1泊だけでしたが、もっと過ごしたかった。忘れ物をしてしまった時の対応が素早く、丁寧でよかった。日本語を話せるスタッフもいて助かった。

Such a safe and central location for us. We took tours that picked us up from the main station, went to night markets, and shopping which were all central to the hotel. Ubers were also very affordable to the airport. We exchanged currency at the front desk, staff were super helpful and kind. We arrived around 5 am, luggage storage was safe and easy to leave all our stuff and explore until check in at 3 PM. 7/11 is also walkable for an early morning or late snack. If we were back in Taiwan, would definitely stay here again!

Le petit déjeuner n est pas au niveau. We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The level of service throughout our stay was absolutely top-notch—the staff was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming. ​The hotel's amenities are a true highlight. The pool area, the spa facilities, and the executive lounge are beautifully designed and provide a genuinely luxurious experience. Everything in those areas was pristine and met the highest expectations. ​However, the breakfast did not match the luxury standard set by the rest of the hotel. While the other amenities and services were outstanding, the breakfast selection and quality felt underwhelming and not at the level you would expect from a property of this caliber. ​That being used, it is still a fantastic hotel with excellent prestations, and with a slight improvement to the breakfast experience, it would be absolutely perfect.

One of my favorite places to stay in Taipei. Slightly further from MRT station (6-7 minutes) but still worth it for the value and the comfort and the amenities. Love their hot tubs, the pool, the gym, the service, and beds are very comfortable. Space is clean but we did notice one old chocolate wrapper hidden between the bed cracks. Other than that, no issues and service was great.

Very comfy hotel, well located, friendly staff, we got an upgrade and access to the Diamond Lounge with plenty of snacks and some food at daytime. Breakfast was good, I could not locate the sweetener other than sugar, apart from that, everything else was quite good.

Hôtel bien situé à Taipei avec plein d'activités et de sites intéressants à distance de marche. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Très bonne literie bien ferme. Des boissons et des snacks offerts dans la chambre tous les jours. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner (sauf les croissants pas terribles ;-) ). La piscine et le sauna sont appréciables après une journée de visite à Taipei. Personnel efficace et serviable. Deux machines à laver et deux séchoirs à pièces mis à disposition. Nous y reviendrons sans doute lors d'un prochain passage à Taipei.

Lovely rooms but slightly dated. The rainfall shower had scale so water streams came out at odd angles. Shower and tub were adjacent but made the shower area rather small. Wifi was great. AC blew cold once we found the control on the bedside table. Their best amenities are the onsen-style sauna and gym. Sauna is separate for men and women. It has hot and cold plunge, steam room, dry wood sauna, Japanese sitting showers and western shower stalls. Pool is outside with bar service. There is one lap lane and second lane is for lounging. Gym is a good size with multiple machines and towel service. Morning breakfast buffet is excellent with a variety of western and Taiwanese food options and drinks.

It was lovely to have a pool for an afternoon cool down. Hotel breakfast was good and convenient with lots of options, both local and western. Staff was very helpful and room was clean and comfortable

Lovely rooms but slightly dated. The rainfall shower had scale so water streams came out at odd angles. Shower and tub were adjacent but made the shower area rather small. Wifi was great. AC blew cold once we found the control on the bedside table. Their best amenities are the onsen-style sauna and gym. Sauna is separate for men and women. It has hot and cold plunge, steam room, dry wood sauna, Japanese sitting showers and western shower stalls. Pool is outside with bar service. There is one lap lane and second lane is for lounging. Gym is a good size with multiple machines and towel service. Morning breakfast buffet is excellent with a variety of western and Taiwanese food options and drinks.

Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet, despite convenient central location. Good facilities including pool, gym, and coin-op laundry. Would stay again!
