Das Maisha Nungwi ist wirklich zu empfehlen, wenn man ein kleines und feines Resort für Paare sucht.
Das Zimmer war echt top. Sehr schön und sehr sauber. Die Anlage ist auch sehr ordentlich in Schuss und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die beiden Pools sind auch schön und sehr angenehm temperiert. Das A la carte Frühstück ist super. Das Buffet Frühstück war nicht so aufregend. Während unseres Aufenthalt war immer abwechselnd A la Carte und Buffet.
Das Hotel hat ein nettes Restaurant am Strand 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Das war auch sehr gut.

Tøft jungelkonsept, men ble litt inneklemt for meg. 2 små, men kjekke basseng. Rommene var veldig basic. Manglet mye bl.a. kjøleskap, bossbøtte, sted å pakke ut klær, safe med plass til laptop. Veldig enkel og kjedelig frokost. Dårlig belligenhet med lite som skjer utenfor hotellet, og den dårligeste delen av Nungwi stranden. Overpriset.

Maisha was a beautiful hotel with friendly and kind staff. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The beach bar had great food and drinks and we ate there every night. Would definitely stay here again.

The two pool and the garden are amazing, tasty fresh breakfast.
Comfortable room, hot tube in the terrace is the best idea in the whole island.
Small hotel but way better than any big resorts in the island

We had an amazing stay at Aluna. It's a perfect location if you're looking for somewhere a bit quieter and more relaxing in Nungwi, but still very walkable along the beach to bars and restaurants. The room was a great size, comfortable and good air conditioning, and the food at both the hotel restaurant and the beach club was exceptional. Plus the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming too. Highly recommend staying here!

Vacker, lummig miljö - som att bo i en djungel med två pooler. Rummen var fräscha, sängarna sköna. Trevlig personal, och god mat i restaurangen. Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse!

Aluna is a beautiful property surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees. With 2 pools and ample sunbeds it was a very relaxing stay for us. Our lodge type room was lovely but we would have liked a fridge in the room. The beach was just a short walk away but the road outside the hotel that lead to the beach bar could have been better with some lighting. The breakfast was very nice but we thought the days when it was buffet style rather than a la carte was a much better idea. We had a massage during our stay which was very good and great value for money. All the staff were excellent and so helpful. We would definitely recommend Aluna.

The restaurant on the beach was clearly one of the best tried in Zanzibar.
Special mention for the staff, that was the kindest people we meet.
Everyone was so nice.
I totally recommend the hotel !

La struttura si inserisce perfettamente nell’ambiente ed ho particolarmente gradito la vegetazione, il legno e le due piscine che sembrano incastonate nella natura!
Le persone che lavorano all’Aluna hanno sempre un sorriso da regalare e sono disponibili per qualsiasi eventualità. Abbiamo avuto nostra figlia che non è stata bene ma sono stati tutti gentilissimi e le preparavano appositamente da mangiare.
Sono bene organizzati e con il Tuctuc sono facilmente raggiungibili le spiagge di Nungwi e Kendwa o i vari ristorantini sulla costa. Un posto davvero rilassante !

I loved my stay at Aluna Nungwi. The staff was so helpful, welcoming and amazing. The room and pool was perfect for relaxing. The food was great- both at the restaurant at the hotel and the one on the beach. Just be aware the beach near the hotel isn’t the best but you can arrange a Tuk tuk to Nungwi. For me I loved just hanging by the pool and getting massages (which were the best!)

Godt personale, god morgenmad. Crowded pool område med begrænset mulighed for at få plads og derfor nødsaget til at gå ned på strand baren og sole i stedet.
Udemærket wifi, der dog sommetider ikke virkede (standard på Zanzibar).
Tager overpris for transport og ture sammenlignet med andre steder.

Volveriamos al Aluna Nungwi en un próximo viaje sin dudar, de hecho ya lo estámos recomendando amigos que planean ir a Nungwi próximamente, hotel boutique súper agradable , personal muy amable y dispuesto, solucionaron algún malentendido en el check in con premura , habitaciones bonitas y espaciosas , jardín espectacular , desayuno muy exquisito , elaborado y a la carta basándose en varias opciones , restaurante y cocktails súper ricos y música en vivo varias noches a la semana, mucha suerte a las nuevas propietarias, va a ser un éxito ! Asante sana!!!

If there could be a way to stop that. Nungwi Beach (and Zanzibar) actually would be a really nice place to visit. We felt harassed and would not recommend Nungwi Beach to anyone.
We wanted to stay at the quiet end of Nungwi Beach. We felt we were constantly approached. More on the quite side than on the main beach.
