Hi, I want to tell you a little story, before Covid I often stayed at Baiyok, sometimes I booked it myself and sometimes through my friends, I really liked the Baiyoke Suite, but this time I experienced something unpleasant, because I was busy so I just 2 days and caught up with very limited time, on the 28th I arrived at the Bayi OK suite. I checked in, I asked the hotel receptionist, how much would it cost if I wanted to leave tomorrow and not go through the application, and because it was more expensive they told me to go through the application, and I have answered okay, I ordered using the application, I had booked but when I was sleeping I was called downstairs, I didn't book to extend, because the telephone in my room was broken, there was no sound, I went downstairs, I showed that I had booked a hotel to extend, and secondly, when I had breakfast, I was asked again, I was still a patient, which I didn't like, when I checked out, I was charged a fee because I only had one key, it wasn't t a problem that the money wasn't much, but the hotel receptionist only gave me one key, and it was my mistake not to check the key when I checked in, when I got to my room, I was confused why only one key, but I think maybe here now they only give one key, so for you guys if you are staying at this hotel please check first, don't experience bad things like me, this is not because of money but because of honesty, actually I want to come back again in the middle of this month with my friends but it looks like we will change hotels, so thank you to Baiyok Suites for the bad experience. 😊.
