Comfort Suites Paradise Island

Loved the free access to Atlantis water park!!

The food compensated for the room experience I had. I had to call on a daily basis to have my toilet plunged and at one point had to use the bathroom in the lobby because the maintenance person never showed up after numerous calls or was maybe never notified by the front desk. It was an ok experience but the wings were phenomenal so I was happy. Overall the hotel itself was good and clean and I love the convenience of having access to Atlantis attractions. I would recommend and would stay there again as long as my toilet flushes!

Excellent time ! Room was clean, property is well kept. The restaurant in hotel was delicious. And a very easy walk to Atlantis ❤️

Lovely all around property but elevator way too far and reception lady looked unhappy and was cold

This was my first time in the Bahama, I felt at home. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I would stay over and over.

We had another lovely stay at Comfort Suites. We came for my cousin's wedding and my 50th birthday. I wanted a low key but oh boy the staff may sure it was memorable. Thank you to Jewel from the breakfast for making sure that it was a festive. It if you are visiting for a festive birthday milestone for a love one, reach out before and set it up. Thank you to Crystal, Sid, my Sanders and Chad and the housekeeping team who were always so helpful. One favorite amenity is free breakfast e the I booked to the Expedia on website on website. We do room upgrade, $150 food and beverage credit and a surprise gift.

We had issues with VIP credits that Expedia indicated in writing that we had available at this property. Hotel staff was somewhat rude in handling the issue, and we ultimately did not receive the credit we thought we had available; otherwise, the stay was fine.

I wasn't happy with how loud the air conditioner was, nor the fact the sliding patio door always had trouble sliding. There was no microwave (would have been nice to heat up left overs). And some of the front desk (not all) were not so friendly.

Staff is very friendly

We had a fantastic stay at Comfort Suites. Although the hotel is a bit dated, this didn’t bother us. Everyone from front desk to house keeping to the cleaners and chefs, were genuinely friendly and were lovely to speak with. The food was amazing, especially their lobster bisque with their Johnny Cake (coconut bread), and their alcoholic drinks were strong. The location is right next to Atlantis and was also across the street from a small grocery store, a medical center and a few restaurants if you didn’t want to eat at the hotel or at Atlantis. Our room was comfortable and spacious for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good for the shower. The only downside we found was the smell of the water. It had a chemical smell, however this is seemed to be common with Atlantis as well when we went and would use their bathrooms and water filter system to refill our water bottles. Shout out to Terren (not sure about the spelling) at front desk. He and his team were phenomenal when it came to answering questions and helping us with ensuring our stay was comfortable. We highly recommend Comfort Suites, Paradise Island.

It was on a beautiful island with quite a bit to do.

front desk was unaware that room was ready and its already 3pm by then. I only know because the shift manager told us that its ready. No explanation as to what time and where breakfast would be( as other hotels do)

Property is convenient and walking distance to the Atlantis… different dining options Staff is not friendly. Smiling and being friendly at front desk is missing. The ladies did not look up to talk to you and did not smile. They were rude. But the manager was very nice.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed—whether it was directions, recommendations, or just a warm smile at the front desk. Their kindness truly elevated my stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed Reginald and his warm, vibrant energy. I’ll definitely be back!

During my stay the counter in the bathroom fell off almost breaking my daughter’s toes. I brought this matter to management and I don’t feel enough was done, my room was moved to another in which the closet door fell off. When I mentioned that I was told that always happens, until someone is seriously hurt will such matters be addressed and taken seriously.
