Room is clean staff is friendly

I stayed here for a week. Good value. Great buffet breakfast. Welcoming and responsive staff. Clean room. Nice extras, like a robe and slippers. It's right on a busy road so the traffic is a hum all day and night but that did not bother me - it's like white noise. I'd stay here again. About 5-10 mins from "new downtown" and 10-15 mins from Rainbow Street. Very inexpensive taxis and Ubers in Amman so it's easy to get places.

Overall, the value for the price was excellent. The property’s condition was outstanding, the environment was safe and quiet, and the staff was welcoming. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free. I stayed for nine nights, and while my experience was largely positive, I was disappointed that the room was cleaned only four times. Additionally, the edges of the glass on the coffee table and side tables were quite sharp and should be rounded for safety.

I really enjoyed my week at the Amman Corp hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful , I enjoyed the breakfast and my room was very comfortable and quiet. What more could you ask

A nice hotel in the heart of Amman. I stayed there twice in a two week period. The downstairs staff was very helpful, I even got a haircut in the barber shop in the lobby, very nice guy. The hotel is relatively new, the room was a decent size, it was relatively clean. I had room service a few times, the food was very good, and the service quick. My only quibbles were the housekeeping was a little tardy, they forgot to clean my room one day and the other day really late, almost evening before they made it to the room for cleaning. The other problem I had was with laundry I had done. It was supposed to be done the following day and I kept having to chase it down, being promised it would be delivered to my room a couple of times, I tinally got it about an hour before I left for the airport. I would also note there is a little bit of traffic noise from the room I was in, which faced the busy street the hotel is on. Minor things, overall it was a good stay and the staff overall was very good.

Had a lovely long weekend stay in Amman at Corp Amman. I arrived in the middle of the night following an early morning flight and Aman the Night Manager was available to check me in. High focus on hospitality here, with staff always ready to help you - be it with a drink, service to your room, carrying your bags or giving you directions/ making transport arrangements. Everyone is so polite and nice to you here. The hotel’s facilities were very good and I made use of the women’s steam room and sauna. There are separate facilities by gender available through the respective changing areas, so I was very comfortable with using these. There is also a gym and an outdoor pool. I’m not sure if there is a tipping culture in Jordan but I felt that the service was so great here that by the end of the weekend I definitely felt very sad that I hadn’t withdrawn extra JD from the bank the day before so I could leave more tips with the hotel staff on departure. I can still express my thanks to the team for making my first visit to Jordan a great and comfortable one, and I look forward to returning on future visits to Jordan.

For the past 4 years, whenever I go to Jordan, I stay at the Corp Hotel. Why? The staff at the Corp are fantastic. Very helpful, always ready to give good answers, and very supportive. Location is great. Whether you want to go downtown, to the airport, or West Amman, everything is a short drive away. The rooms are perfect. Good size, great beds, and the best bathrooms you'll ever have at a hotel. I love Corp and will continue to stay there and always recommend it to anyone traveling to Amman.
