Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel perdu au milieu de la nature. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la vue depuis la piscine et le restaurant est sublime. Idéal pour se ressourcer grâce à un personnel au petit soin. Je recommande ! Seul bémol, la faible connexion wifi.

Hotel désuet qui a du être beau par le passé, literie inconfortable, ménage laissant à désirer. Dommage car le site est sympathique.

Not save not clean and they didn’t like my reserve an Expedia because they need to increase the price and they did so I paid $200 extra

The water falls are amazing it’s a relief for your body and the hotel amenities and water fall close at 10 but the main public one the natural it no longer stays avaible for public so it becomes private for the hotel guests so that’s a very good perk imagine staying under the water fall at night alone it’s a really good perk. Room service is also amazing and the buffet for lunch and breakfast is super. There’s also a super market outside in the public u can get small chips, nuts and fruits not alot security at hotel won’t let u because it’s their policy but they are so nice. Very special thanks for the spa, and the reception team especially mr Majed.

Bathroom was not very clean

für den preis sehr schlechte service und laut bis 1 Uhr Morgens, keine EU Steckdose und wurde von Rezeption auch nicht gebracht, auf die Terrasse darf man nicht sitzen wenn mann A la Carte Menü bestellen möchte, nur mit Buffet darf mann und ist sehr teuer.

Tolles Hotel, doch Klimaanlage in ganzem Hotel wird erst zum 01.April frei geschalten. Schlafen war eine Herausforderung bei zu warmem Zimmer. Fenster konnten nicht aufgelassen werden da Moskitos nur darauf warten.

Terrible Experience – Dishonest Staff & Poor Service I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel, mainly due to the unprofessionalism and dishonesty of the supervisor, Mohammad. From the start, the service was unwelcoming and unhelpful, but the worst part was how Mohammad blatantly lied about our situation. He falsely claimed that we were trying to fit more than two people in our room, which was completely untrue. Instead of addressing our actual concerns, he chose to fabricate a story, making the situation even more frustrating. It’s shocking that a supervisor would behave this way, especially when guests expect honesty, respect, and good customer service. Beyond this, the overall experience at the hotel was far below expectations. The staff was dismissive, and it was clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value honesty, professionalism, and a stress-free stay. I hope the management takes a serious look at their staff and improves their service because, as it stands, I would never return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast and dinner were great even though i had to pay 20 Jod extra for dinner each person.

I liked everything except the tv is old fashioned and the channels are old.

Comfortable one night stay at this hotel. Staff are very helpful. Great views of the waterfall. Secure area and has plenty of space to park. Had a very good sleep!

Property is very basic and not kept up I would say.

The setting is lovely and the hot waterfall was a magical experience.

The hotel staff were very helpful and although very isolated the hotel was a good base for trips to the Dead Sea. The springs were dirty and rubbish left lying around, but that says more about the other visitors than the hotel.

Room was lovely and generally hotel was good, but springs & pools pretty disappointing. Lovely meal, after we insisted we didn't want the buffet.

The resort is not exactly as advertised. The bathroom tiles (floor and wall tiles) are old and moldy. We booked a suite with balcony, and everything is falling apart (the chairs, door, desk, phone, tables, and lamps). The waterfall pool is nice, but you can't see the bottoms of the pool and the external tile is moldy. The hotel needs a facelift. We booked a room with two beds, but they gave us one bed. We asked one of the managers for a room with 2 beds, but they suggested one of us sleep on the bed and the other on the sofa until a room with two beds is available. We never got a room with two beds. Some of the staff lack professionalism and they use the hotel to advertise their own businesses. The head of guest relations services was very rude (I think his name is Fares). From the moment we arrived, he spent 19 minutes to talk to us about his personal beauty products business and Spa. He offered to take us to his place of business so we can buy stuff from his store. We asked him if the hotel offers spa services, and he told us it's too expensive. He also provided us a list of his services that included: - Round trip to the Dead Sea for 100JD. - Drop off to Rainbow Street from the hotel and back for about for 85JD - He offered to Take us to the Airport for 85JD (one way). We asked him if the hotel offer shuttles/car services and he said the hotel has two cars, but it's not free. We asked for the price list of the hotel's car services but he declined. Il contesto naturalistico in cui si colloca la struttura è paradisiaco con cascate di acqua calda che circondano l’hotel in un habitat desertico. Questo è davvero meraviglioso. La struttura, però, è vecchia, non manutenuta è veramente sporca. La piscina di acqua termale è in uno stato di abbandono con melma nel fondo. Anche la piscina della Spa, a cui si accede solo pagando un extra costo anche se si è clienti dell’hotel, è veramente sporca. Peccato perché avrebbe tutte le potenzialità per essere un posto divino, ma mancano pulizia e manutenzione. Anche il livello del cibo proposto è scarso.
