The staff was very nice. They were very helpful, arranging activities, taxis and doing laundry. The place was very clean. The room was spacious.

Trods email var værelset låst, da vi ankom kl. 0300. Måtte sove på sofaen på 1. sal uden adgang til toiletter, seng etc... Fik dog morgenmad, men jo ikke pengene værd, når man ingen seng får!

One of the friendliest customer service I’ve come across here in Tonga. This is how customer service should be like, warmth, welcoming and hospitality skills. The owner was so lovely and accommodating to our needs.its a simple accommodation establishment with a great impact just what you need for long or short stay. The property and our room was spacious, clean and refreshing. Bed was huge and comfortable. Woke up to a nice simple breakfast that was healthy we enjoyed it eating on the big balcony. Parking spots inside property. The area was not too far from main city area travelled by car, but to us it was a nice and quiet area which we preferred. There’s some convenient stores/ bottle shop, petrol station about 5min walk or about 10mins drive into town. We would definitely return here, by far one of my favourite accommodations, loved it here. Thank you for your hospitality.

Staff are lovely at this home stay style hotel. Few things were broken like aircon and the room was basic but large room and balcony. The location is very quiet but not near any dining or anything to do. It is close to a brewery for takeaway craft beer but that’s about it

As it was my first trip to Tonga, I contacted the hotel in advance for the Airport Shuttle Service which was 100 TOP for a round trip. Despite the return trip being at 2am, the driver was punctual.The payment would be in cash and the host informed me that there was an ATM at the airport. The hotel was a little way out from the downtown, but on the first day, someone was driving back into town and kindly gave me a lift. To return, a restaurant called me a taxi and I paid 10 TOP On the second day, a female owner Latu called the diving shop for the delayed pick-up and in the end kindly drove me there. Actually, there was another hotel called Paradise Hotel, and if Latu hadn't sent me, I nearly missed the whale swim. While I was waiting for pick-up, Latu also booked for the dinner with Tonga Dance Show that night with transportation. Latu and her husband also made an island tour for me and my friend on the following day at an affordable price. The tour was great! They took us all over the island telling the history of Tonga, stopping at various tourist points and we also swam inside the limestone cave. The only issue was that the hot shower was broken, but they changed my room on the second day.The room was very spacious with a king bed. Every morning there were sandwiches, fruits like papaya and pineapple. When I was at the hotel at night, Latu prepared some foods. The host was very considarate and competent so I really recommend to stay there! Thank you for everythig

The owners of Paradise First were so helpful and attentive to my needs throughout my stay. This was a very convenient location from which to explore Nuku'alofa and the rest of the island.

夜中に到着のため、空港お迎えを頼んでいたが、1時間待っても来なくてタクシーでホテルに向かった。レセプションの女性に迎えが来なかったことを伝えると、あなた達が出てくるのな遅かったのやでは？と言われたが、私達は前方に座っていたしスーツケースも早く出てきたので出たのはかなり早かった。他のお客さんだけ連れて、先にホテルに戻っていたらしい。ひどいホテル。部屋に入るとあるはずの水もミルクもなかった。次の朝、ないことを伝えるともらえた。責任者のmikaが対応してくれて、無事に滞在できた。

Lovely staff, very quiet location, large comfortable beds and rooms

This place is affordable. Very clean and spacious with a nice breakfast in the morning. Shuttle bus to and from the airport is very convenient for the visitors.The female owner is a very kind person if she sees her guests in town looking lost, she will take them back to the hotel free of charge.It happened to us we were looking for a shop to buy foods etc.We were walking on the road and she saw us from her car. She stopped and took us to the nearest store and waited until we finished shopping and took us back to our hotel.I recommend this place for everyone that wants to go to Tonga. Excellent service

The staff was great. Only down fall was water was turned off one for a day and a half, some days no hot water, if you book on a website, pay the price online, you wont be suprised later if you pay at the property

Nos ha encantado. Es una casa enorme con habitaciones muy grandes y un salón con terraza enorme. Necesitamos espacio después de estar tres semanas viajando y este hotel era lo que necesitábamos. Latu, la dueña, fue simpatiquísima con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo. Nos hubiera gustado pasar más noches.

If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and restful stay in Tonga, this is it!!! Ive been around many hotels and this is by far the best, hands down!!! Latu and her staff will take care of your needs from washing clothes to preparing breakfast with tea Great location to get away from town and even amazing night sky view from the top deck. This is a great place for solo travelers to small company retreats. You wont be disappointed! The hospitality cant be beat! This is my go to place from now on!!!

No hot water, except for one day out of five. The internet was so slow almost to the point of being useless. The staff was extremely nice, same with the owner, and they served a good breakfast. However, the infrastructure needs some updating and there was only one useable outlet in the room, and even that wasn’t in a convenient location.

It was an all-around good stay not far from town, safe and excellent staff.

Paradise Found!! I loved the fact that we were close enough to Town but not in Town!! Latu and family made you feel like you were at home. If you are looking to unwind after a long day? Look no further, super clean and spacious room, shower is aways hot and the staff greets you with a smile no matter what time it maybe. Every morning there is a continental Breakfast that awaits you accompanied by Latu ever so attentive to the needs of her Guest/Family. I never thought when checking out , saying good by was like leaving family!! For anyone looking for more than just a place to stay! A very basic hotel in Nuku'alofa, Tonga. No frills whatsoever, but extremely kind staff. They can arrange airport pickup or/and a tour around the island. Walking distance from the city center.

The Property is Very modern, clean, and highly recommended. We’ll visit this Hotel again. Have made our visit to the island great. The Owner, Latu was very hospitality, generous, kind, and knowledgeable of the area.
