Très bel hôtel ! Service, propreté et cadre à la hauteur des quatre étoiles. Nous avions opté pour la demi-pension. Les repas sont assez variés et adaptés à tous les goûts, pour petits et grands. Le buffet à volonté change chaque jour.
Le personnel est très avenant, gentil et professionnel.

Personnel accueillant, et hôtel familial par excellence. Cependant, plusieurs petits soucis à lever:
- Le bain n'est pas exploitable, impossible à boucher.
- La nourriture est random, peut être bonne comme pas top sur certains plats (je ne parle pas de préférences personnelles, je parle de fraicheur de poisson ou de plats)
- Personnel top mais laisse certaines actions limite de la part de clients mal éduqués (mot grossiers, personnes bourrés, certains prennent trop de nourritures et la gâche, aucune riposte du personnel...)
- Sièges bébés non nettoyés, mon bébé a eu une inflammation de la peau juste après utilisation ce matin.
- Retard lors de satisfaction de certaines demandes (papier toilette, lit bébé, etc...)
Je recommande l'établissement mais je tient à soulever ces problèmes et j'espère que ça sera pris en compte.

Soundproofing is needed for the rooms. We were next door to a large family with crying children and on both nights were woken many times.
We had a bad experience with a receptionist. I needed to return to a place in the countryside to pick up a forgotten item, about 25km away. He told us he could arrange private transport. We asked how much. He asked if we wanted a price in euros. We said no, a price in dinars. He told us 60 dinars. We agreed. We waited 30 minutes for the driver. When he arrived the receptionist told us we must pay him up front and asked for 60 euros! Then he made it seem like it was a misunderstanding and pressed us for 60 euros. My husband was very upset. The receptionist said to me “Voyons, Madame, 60 euros ce n’est pas beaucoup d’argent.” We left and found a taxi. It cost us 50 dinar for the ride.

C’était notre troisième séjour à l’hôtel Khayam Garden, mais cette fois-ci une vraie déception. Dès l’arrivée, le vigile nous a retenus à l’entrée sans laisser passer la voiture avant de vérifier la réservation, ce qui donne une très mauvaise première impression. Le pire fut que notre réservation faite via Hotels.com n’apparaissait pas dans le système. L’hôtel a trouvé une solution provisoire, mais commencer les vacances avec un tel stress est inacceptable. La première journée a été perdue entre ce problème et une chambre imprégnée d’odeur d’humidité. La restauration est en nette régression : plats répétitifs, peu de variété, qualité en baisse par rapport aux années précédentes. Seuls l’aquaparc et les piscines étaient satisfaisants. Dans l’ensemble, le service ne vaut absolument pas le prix payé. Le “tout inclus” ou la pension complète n’ont aucun intérêt ; nous avons mangé deux fois à l’extérieur. À l’avenir, si nous revenons, ce sera pour un séjour court de 3-4 jours maximum, certainement pas pour de longues vacances.

I recently stayed at your hotel for my wedding anniversary, traveling from Canada. Unfortunately, my two-year-old son fell ill, so we had to bring him along unexpectedly. Upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They insisted on charging us for my son, despite the website stating that children aged two and under stay for free.
I explained that we were exhausted from our journey, but the receptionist was unsympathetic and dismissive. Moreover, the room we were given was subpar and lacked any special decorations, which ruined our experience.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and overall experience at your hotel.

A very boring stay , we reserved for 4 nights but we decided to break the reservation at the third day and leave the hotel bc of the disappointment we had from their breakfast and dinner buffet , was really awful ,everyday the same food , no variety at all , tasteless and some food are not well cooked .. there is no kids food except hard chicken nuggets not suitable for kids , also the beach is completely rocky , there is no where to swim , if you are looking for sandy beach this is not the right place .also the location of the hotel doesn’t sound to be around a touristic strip , so there were no big plans that we could do outside the hotel.

This hotel does not even deserve 3 stars. The beach in front of it is rocky and not for swimming. The pools are not that big. The food is very average and always the meat cooked on the spot is half cooked. The waiters there are very annoying, when you ask them for something they make you feel embarrassed, and the funny thing they are dividing the restaurant into territories and they only serve their territory and if you ask a waiter he will say I don't serve that area ask another waiter. Overall, we didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel and I don't recommend it.
