Very clean and modern hotel. Rooms are spacious, nice shower, comfy beds. Safe and fridge with complimentary water bottles each day. Breakfast has good variety. Staff very helpful.

Excellent service. Reception staff were incredible in accommodating our early arrival. We had just come in from an 11hour flight, so an early check in meant we were able to freshen up and rest before we explored the city. Reception also recommended a private guide to show us around. That was invaluable in making the most of your limited time. Our guide Aidyn was simply the best host, and enabled us to see everything we wanted and imparted his wealth of local knowledge that made the city come alive for us. Arranging our transportation through reception was super easy. Tip - they prefer to work via cash rather than credit cards

Superb stay here on our trip to Istanbul.Clean quiet hotel right in the centre of Istanbul Sultanahmet area,lots of good eateries nearby and all the major tourist attractions 5-10minute walking distance.Step out of the hotel you are straight into the city vibe!Breakfast buffet was great and the Bosphorus cruise the hotel advised with a fish dinner and 14 traditional dances on board was a highlight with the Sufi Dervish dance especially hypnotic!

This hotel is very hospitable and clean. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport, provided laundry service, helpful instructions to get to certain places and overall our experience was a 10/10.

Location is great! The rooms were a good value. A/C, plenty of hot water and good pressure. Our mattress was on the firm side, pillows could be better. The hotel caters mostly to a national clientele and other than at the front desk, communication with the staff can be interesting. They are very nice though. The breakfast was excellent. I would recommend it as a good value hotel.

We recently stayed at Carina Gold Hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was excellent, with rooms that were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. The reception staff truly stood out for their friendliness and professionalism. They were always ready to assist and guided us in the right way without ever pressuring us into hotel-related packages. Instead, they genuinely helped with arranging shopping trips, recommending quality restaurants, suggesting popular tourist attractions, and even organizing taxis for local travel and airport transfers. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight—fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, giving us the perfect start to our mornings. Overall, we highly recommend Carina Gold Hotel & Restaurant for anyone looking for clean and well-maintained rooms, courteous staff who go above and beyond in helping tourists, and delicious food. It’s an excellent choice for both comfort and hospitality.

Well organized reception and friendly, competent staff. The guests in the neighbouring rooms were noisy slamming doors all night.

The location is fabulous.

The hotel is near the main attractions and in a good location, but still quiet. The employees were very friendly, helpful, and attentive, especially Burhan who looks like Colin Farrell (some guests said Volodymyr Zelensky, lol). The breakfast was decent but didn’t have many hot options. The hotel is extremely clean and the shower has good water pressure. Overall a great stay.

La ubicación es excelente. El personal del hotel es muy amable y profesional. Las instalaciones son nuevas y está muy limpio. Mejoraria el bufet del desayuno. La fruta es escasa. En general no hay mucha variedad. El resto todo perfecto.

Excelente hotel, esta casi nuevo muy comodo y limpio las habitacion muy amplia, solo les falta mejorar un poco el desayuno siempre ponen lo mismo, el hotel tiene Excelente ubicación, lo recomiendo al maximo !!!
