We absolutely loved our stay from beginning to end! Everything was just perfect. I will definitely be staying there again in the future :)) I’d way prefer staying at this hotel though it’s a 40 minute drive to the heart of Istanbul in taxis than staying in the center of the action because this hotel makes up for that. 5 stars all around 😁🙌

We had a wonderful experience staying at Elite World Grand Hotel in Küçükyalı, Istanbul. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way — from the elegance of the design to the professionalism of the staff. The room was modern, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for getting rest after a medical procedure. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel has a calm, upscale atmosphere that made us feel both relaxed and well taken care of. The location is also convenient, especially for those needing to access the Asian side of Istanbul. It’s not far from Okan University Hospital, and public transportation is nearby for easy access to other parts of the city. The breakfast buffet was fresh and diverse, with options for all tastes. The spa and fitness center were also impressive and well-maintained.

Hotel staff, they are very kind and polite, especially Bethul and Furkhan Great service. But the room, it didn’t meet my expectations. Room was lit bit smelly and there was only 1 pillow for each bed. Also I asked for 2 cups and I never received it. But overall it was good and hotel staff are great.

Property was always kept spotless ,the staff go above & beyond to help you with any needs,definitely will be staying there my next trip

Es war Hotelseitig alles in Ordnung. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber die sehr laute Autobahn mit ständigem Sirenengeheul ist leider ein großer Störfaktor.

The spa was an absolute highlight — a serene space where I could unwind with gentle treatments and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. The indoor pool, sauna, and relaxation areas were immaculate and beautifully maintained. I also treated myself to a visit at the on-site salon — the hairdresser was lovely and professional, giving me just the boost I needed during recovery. Overall, it was more than just a hotel stay — it was a healing retreat. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to rest, recover, and feel cared for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in Istanbul.
