ibis Istanbul Esenyurt

I would like to thank all the staff for their hospitality and good service and recommend this fantastic hotel to all Istanbul visitors and tourists.

Les lits qui sont horrible , on a souffert avec les lits ils sont très bizarre c'est pas du tous confortable constitué de 3 couches qui bougent toutes la nuits chacune dans un sence bref à éviter une autre fois. Et sans dramatise les oreiller sans nul catastrophe vide pas de mousse presque il te faut deux pour pouvoir dormir. Ceux qui travail dans la réception sont à l'écoute top ils règlent n'importe quoi rapidement avec coeur . J'ai décidé de ne plus revenir à ibis Istanbul j'étais très touché par un geste sui m'a choqué le jour de mon retour la nuit je découvre avant le vol de quelques heures que je n'ai plus de monnaie turc pour payer le transport à l'aéroport mais j'avais des euros sur moi je suis descendu à la réception avec mes valises et le temps qui me pressé je leur demande gentiment me faire le change des euros en lira ils me refuse avec sans froid ils me disent non on le fait pas sans m'expliquer malgré je suis un ancien client je leurs explique que je vais rater mon avion et on n'est une famille avec des enfants et je dors payer le transport juste un changement de devise et c'est courant dans les hôtels malheureusement ils ont refuser et j'étais choqué et je suis parti tapper la porte d'autre hôtel qui sont à l'entoure d ibis et ils m'ont sauvé ils m'ont changé le billet d'euros en lira turc et je suis arrivée à l'aéroport juste à temps car j'ai perdu le temps à trouver une solution merci ibis Istanbul.

Özellikle karşılama konusunda çok özenliler. Kapıda beni Döndü hanım karşıladı ve sürecin etkinliği için sürekli hal hatır sordu. Kısacası çok ama çok memnun bir şekilde tatilimi noktaladım.

Personeller pek guler yuzlu degil, odaya ilk girdigimizde cok havasizdi, yatak cok rahatti begendim, acik bufe kahvalti zengindi. Fiyat performans acisindan mantikli sayilir.

This hotel was very convenient for my purpose. Very close to the Marmara mall. The metro bus stop was right there. There was also a market right across. The room was clean, unfortunately i chose a room that faced the road and was quite noisy. The room was too hot and the fan did not seem to be working. All in all i stayed for 5 nights and it was ok. The restaurant didn't have a lot of choices but again it was convenient in the hotel. Housekeeping was daily and i really appreciated this.

The hotel is very good also staff are very good. Special thanks to çan and Nuran.

Akşamları oda servisi yok, su almak için lobiye inmek gerekiyor.

Kahvaltı çeşidi zayıf

Oda çok küçüktü ve perdede güneşlik yoktu.Bir de sürekli elektirik kesintisi oldu kart yerinde olmasına ragmen. İzmir’de kaldığımız İbis otelde kişisel bakım eşyaları vardı ama burada yoktu

This part of Istanbul has not so interested. Transportation from there needs one hour minimum ( by taxi ) Accommodation,room and staff are very helpful

I stayed four nights in this hotel in a single room. What I liked the most at this hotel was the breakfast which was quite varied and more than enough for a three star hotel. Personel was generally helpful. What I did not like: The hotel has only elevator and although I wrote as a note in my reservation that I want a room in the zero floor because I cannot use the elevator they could provide me a room in the second floor. The fact that the hotel has no stairs but only emergency stairs in case of fire, made my stay quite uncomfortable because I have claustrophobia and I can't use the elevator. That put me in a ridiculous position to ask for help either to use the emergency stairs or to be accompanied when using the elevator. Luckily most of the time I used the elevator with my friend but if no friend the situation is really ridiculous and the fact that the hotel has not normal stairs is not ok. Also, in my room there were two times in which the cleaning personel tried to enter without knocking at the door which was not professional at all because maybe I could change my clothes during that time so I don't want to be seen, they should be more careful at this aspect. Also in the toilet there was no toilet brush and when I came although the room was generally clean, in the toilet there were some hair left on the wall (maybe left from their wipe cloth, I am not sure).

Herşey gayet güzeldi temizlik mükemmeldi eksiklik olarak sadece kış aylarında misafir gelmeden önce odaların sıcaklığı aktif edilmeli misafirin aktif etmesi beklenmemeli diye düşünüyorum bunun dışında dediğim gibi herşey güzeldi

Odakar temiz ve eşyalar yeni, bakımlı. Ibis standartı olarak tüm otel temiz tertipli ve düzenli. Oldukça memnun kaldım. Fiyatları ise yine genel olarak tüm Ibis otellerinde olduğu gibi uygun.
