Excellent hotel. A to Z

My husband and I stayed at this Marriott and we had a wonderful experience here. It’s a 5min walk from Metro and the Mall. We were able to take the metro to all the major sites like the grand bazaar, hajya sofia, blue mosque, and ferries to bosphorous river that connects the Black Sea to Mediterranean Sea. All very convenient by the metro system. At Breakfast: we were attended to every morning by Moes, Deniz, and Ebru who were all very attentive to us and personable. At the lounge: they were very attentive and polite as well.

I visited this property with my husband and found that the Marriott is in a very nice location, walkable to the metro and mall. Lots of stores around and was super easy to get to all the main attractions. July 12 to 15th,2025.

Excellent service Very friendly staff

I am a very experienced traveler and have enjoyed exceptional service at many hotels around the world. However, I was not very happy with the customer service and food at Istanbul Marriott Sisli. Unfortunately, we got sick after eating room service. We reported the issue, but no one followed up or acknowledged our complaint. The room cleanliness was just okay—not up to the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. Overall, the experience was average and did not reflect the quality I usually associate with the Marriott brand.

Loved the staff as they were awesome but did not receive any special treatment.

Loved the hotel, the staff were super great and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. Keep in mind we were given the president suit. The breakfast was from heaven. Overall amazing experience!

Good location, facilities and food. Close to public transportation and with easy access to multiple attractions.

We chose this hotel specifically to get a few restful nights of sleep after surgery, but unfortunately, we didn’t get even one full night of uninterrupted rest. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed in, this was by far the most disappointing—especially considering it’s marketed as a 5-star property. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Every time I turned over, I would wake up from the discomfort. For a luxury hotel, that’s simply unacceptable. The soundproofing was virtually nonexistent—each night, our neighbors would return drunk around 3 or 4 a.m., loudly talking and laughing in the hallways and slamming doors. It felt like they were right in our room, and it happened every single night. Another issue was a flashing light from the smoke detector that blinked constantly when we turned the lights off—very disruptive in an already restless environment. To be fair, the room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the restaurant was highly overpriced and not worth it, especially given the many great dining options right outside the hotel. All in all, if you’re looking for comfort, peace, and a good night’s sleep, I’d recommend staying elsewhere. This hotel simply didn’t deliver on its promises.
