The location is perfect and the staff are very friendly as well as helpful. I would recommend to anyone who visits Kars. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This was an excellent boutique hotel that I definitely would recommend to friends. Our room on the second floor was newly renovated, spacious, extremely clean and the bed was really comfortable. The furniture were beautiful and we slept really well. The breakfast was good, although more fresh stuff to put on your bread would have been great (tomatoes, cucumber etc.) but this is not that usual in Turkey anyway. The location is in the middle of everything and you can easily walk to the castle and see all the beautiful Balcan architecture on the way.

The products used in breakfast was not fresh. I just ate cornflakes. Bathroom was not clean. Way overpriced. I would recommend either staying at a better hotel by paying a little bit more, or saving the money and choosing any other hotel. It won't be worse.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICS ONLINE FOR THIS HOTEL. Do not stay here - we checked in to a dirty room; the hotel is full of smoke (the lobby and the rooms included); hygiene standards are very low. Our sheets were dirty and had not been changed. The bathroom (again dirty) was disgusting to the point of not being operable. Every room is engulfed in smoke. We elected not to stay and left opting to pay for another room as the hotel was so filthy we couldn’t stay.

Otel çarşı-pazara, kaleye yakın konumda. Caddeye cephesi yok. Binaların arka bloğunda. Ancak güzel bir görüntüsü var genel olarak. Odaları da temiz ve konforlu. Otele giriş yaparken, ertesi sabah erken çıkış yapacağımızı ve bize kahvaltılık bir şeyler ayarlamalarını rica ettik. Olumlu yanıt almamıza rağmen, sabah orada bulunan çalışanlar , kahvaltı hazır olmasına rağmen ısrarla bizi yemekhaneye almadılar. Otelin hizmeti ile ilgili tüm güzel izlenimlerimi yok etti

sehr schönes Hotel, ideale Lage, direkter Weg zur Burg. Vom Bahnhof aus ist es zu Fuß in 25 Min. zu erreichen Es befinden sich sehr gute Restaurants gleich in der Nähe.

Arkadaşımın oda tuvaletindeki sorun edeniyle çok fazla gürültü vardı. Bu nedenle sorun yaşadık ve dinlenemedik. Kahvaltı açık büfeydi fakat biraz lezzet eksikliği vardı. My friend's room has a problem in bathroom. There was so much noise. We couldn't enjoy the stay. Breakfast was open buffet but the products were not much delicious.
