Çalışanlar ve hizmet düzeyi çok iyi. Herkes çok yardımcı oluyor. Oteli beğendim, yeri de güzel, tekrar kalabilirim.

Good hotel for families

sadece 1 gecelik koanklama için yazılacak çok bir şey yok aslında ama genel olarak evet kaliteli, misafirperver, kibar olarak değerlendirebilirim fakat sabah saat 8 olmadan başlayan temizlik için gürültü son derece kötü ve rahatsız edici idi kaldığımız 3 kat lokasyonundan görevli olan bayan yada kişiler okadar sesli ve dikkatsiz derecede temizlik yapıyorlardı ki herşey çok rahatsız edici idi oda çıkış saatını 12:00/12:300 giriş saatini de 14:00 boşuna yapılmıyor sabah çıkış yapılsa dahi yan odada konaklama yapan birileri var ise ki vardı bukadar da sesli temizlik ve kalkın hadi dercesine tak tuk tarafımızca hiç hoş karşılanmadı açıkçası okadar konaklama deneyimi olan bir olarak yazıyorum ki olmadı diye bilirim bu saat sistemini boşun yapmamışlar değilmi !!!!!

Sehr tolle Unterkunft! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auch das Personal war aufmerksam und hat uns alles abgenommen (Koffer tragen etc.) Nur zu empfehlen!

Herşey çok iyiydi oda kahvaltı satın aldım kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi, konum olarak Taksim anıtı ve istiklal caddesine çok yakın 200 metre falan yürüyerek…

Otelin çok merkezi bir yerde bulunuyor. Herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşmadan, kolayca ulaştım. Otell beklentimi karşıkadı.

Otelin konumu merkezi yerdedir. Resepsiyonda ki arkadaşlar ihtiyaçlarınız ile ilgilenir. Masaj yaptırmak isterseniz İsveç ve bali masajlarını kesinlikle öneririm. Kahvaltısı güzeldir. Herşey çok güzeldi teşekkürler:)

Odada küçük su bile konmamıştı. Otel kaliteli idi.

Taksim’deki tek adresimiz artık. Güler yüzlü işine hakim bir karşılama ve her talebe anında çözüm üreten bir ekip çalışması. Son derece güvenli. Eksiksiz güzel bir kahvaltı. Personelin çalışma şevki, samimiyeti, saygısı olası bütün kusurları örtüyor zaten.

Otelimiz, çalışanlar ve odamız çok iyiydi. Çalışanların saygılı ve güler yüzlü olmasından çok memnun kaldık. Odamızın temizliği her gün yapıldı ve çok temizdi. Konum olarak , ulaşım noktalarına yakınlığı çok önemli bir avantajdı. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Having stayed at other Ramada hotels around the world I expected a certain level of service. Sadly, it was terrible from the moment we set foot on this hotel. The hotel Manager had a terrible disposition from the minute I spoke with him at check in. I had our reservation number, but I had noted the wrong address on my itinerary. That was my mistake, I know. However, he did not bother to look up the reservation number and simply called a taxi. I told him I did not want a taxi and he insisted the taxi was already on the way. The taxi driver quoted us double the price of the Uber. I believe the Hotel Manager was in on this. It turned out we did go to the right hotel and we had to return. The remainder of our stay was as bad as the initial check in. Th hotel Manager was dismissive and ignored our requests every time. We tried to avoid interacting with him, but he instructed other staff not to talk to us. So, we were forced to go through him. One day we asked for directions to the ferry and he literally let out a big sigh and slumped his shoulders as he gave us directions. It felt like we had just asked a teenager to clean their room. Basic necessities in the room had to be called and asked for daily and hours would pass until we got them delivered. Avoid this hotel!

Nice and clean hotel with good breakfast. The first day of our stay the internet was not working. The staff indicated the problem that day was with the service provider not the hotel.

Pros: Good location! Near to shopping, site-seeing and metro. Surrounded by food. Starbucks at the lobby, pharmacy nearby. Easy to locate the hotel. Friendly receptionist and staff at breakfast area put in effort to ensure that the food is palatable. Everything is well kept and clean. Cons WiFi and data connection are poor in the room. Quite often we are unable to tap online.

Oda temiz ve genişti. Tuvalette yada odanın herhangi bir yerinde bi sorun yada sıkıntı yaşamadım. Check-in check-out süreçleri de gayet iyi. Kahvaltısı olağanüstü olmasa da yeterliydi diyebilirim. Konumu da çok merkezi. Hotels.com bedava gecesinden yararlandığım için ücret ödemedim ama gecelik ücreti sizin için makul bi seviyedeyse ise kesinlikle tercih edebilirsiniz.
