Richmond Ephesus Resort - All Inclusive

Herşey güzeldi çok sagolun.

We had a good time at Richmond Ephesus. It says all inclusive but the cocktails were not included. They had some really nasty ones and the internet was very slow. The staff were helpful.It wasn’t worth the money.

Negativ: - wassersport aktivität ist reine abzocke, versprechen werden nicht eingehalten und nach reklamation wird nur ein kleiner bruchteil zurück versprochen (am ende doch nichts erhalten) -mittagsbuffet am pool ist sehr arm -der 'silent pool' war nie ruhig oder 'silent' -die abendunterhalt war nicht grossartig -fruchtsäfte sind pure chemikalienmischung Positiv: -sehr freundliches personal immer lächelnd -sauber, putzkraft ist sehr zuvorkommend, wir hatten oft schön dekorierte blumen auf dem bett -die gerichte sind sehr fein -das Areal ist sauber und freundlich, es wird immer schnell aufgeräumt -familienfreundlich -zimmer ist gross -auf dem balkon hat es kleiderständer für nasse kleider -schöner und grosser sandstrand (während unserem Aufenthalt war es windig, aber das ist nicht schuld des hotels) -animationsteam ist immer aktiv -der koffer-typ ist auch sehr freundlich und erklärt alles bis ins detai -schnelle aber nicht effiziente Reaktion auf Reklamation

This hotel follows a standard 3 or 4-star concept, making its classification as a 5-star establishment quite difficult to understand. The rooms and interior appear quite dated, and unfortunately, the staff seemed indifferent.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmergrösse ist in Ordnung. Sehr reichhaltiges, wenn auch wenig abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Pool, Gartenanlage und Strand sehr sauber. Liegen am Stand inklusive.

Das Zimmer ist leider vom Personal nicht sauber gemacht worden. Auch die darauffolgenden Tage wurde das Zimmer nicht ausreichend von Schmutz gesäubert. Das Personal im Restaurant ist leider überhaupt nicht ausreichend geschult. Ich habe selbst jahrelang in der Gastronomie gearbeitet. Das Personal im Restaurant arbeitet sehr unsauber und nicht aufmerksam. Beispielsweise ist das Besteck und die Gläser nahezu immer verdreckt und weist Fingerabdrücke auf. Während des Auffräumens def Tische passen die Kellner nicht auf und das benutze Besteck der anderen Gäste berüht den eigenen Teller während das Personal während des Essens den Tisch aufräumt. Weiterhin gibt es Kellner die sich explizit weigern Getränke an den Tisch zu servieren. Es wird immer darauf hinhewiesen, dass man sich selbst die Getränke holen soll. Grundsätzlich hat das Hotel super viel Potential, welches ungenutzt bleibt. Beispielsweise ist der Strand super aber leider dreckig. Viel Müll und Zigarettenstümmel liegen herum. Das Hotel säubert den Strand einfach nicht. Wenn mehr Personal und vor allem geschultes und qualifiziertes Personal eingesetzt werden würde, wären die 5 Sterne auch gerechtfertigt.

This holiday had everything we needed as a 3 generation family. The accommodation, food, entertainment and facilities were excellent. It is a little more dated than som other hotels but that was what really worked for us all. The grounds are beautiful and walking through the gardens was bliss. Really close to the beach and plenty of different areas if you want music, kids fun or peace and quiet. All staff have been friendly, polite and professional. The entertainment and animation team are excellent. They invite to join in and inform you of activities without being pushy or rude. All in all, I would definitely come back and stay again.

clean and wide enough rooms, nice balcony and exceptional view, wide range of fresh food, salad bar is fantastic, if you are a very selective person, you will find your choice to eat, pools and the peach are awesome, entertainment team will never let you get bored, many places for children to enjoy their times, all speak English so easy to communicate, price value is reasonable.

The hotel did not have a good service, the mini bar was not repeated every day, some of the employees had a racial attitude, considering that it was all there, the snacks were very limited, my daughter would stop for several minutes for an ice cream to be served, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the rooms There was no tooth. Calling the reception had no effect on the service process

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist in vielerlei Hinsicht durchschnittlich. Es eignet sich aufgrund der Lage gut für eine Nacht vor oder nach dem Besuch der Ruinen von Ephesus. Einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht empfehlen.

We had a lovely family trip. Food was great. Staff were hospitable. Facilities were lovely and not too busy.

Eccellente come qualità e quantità il cibo nel ristorante all inclusive

Wir waren im Juli im Hotel. Das Hotel hat eine recht große Anlage. Die Räumlichkeiten sind schon etwas veraltet aber trotzdem sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Das Essen ist sehr umfangreich und lecker. Internet war in den Räumen und Lobby akzeptabel, aber am Pool und Beach Bar kaum vorhanden. Am Besten hat uns der Strand gefallen. Das Hotel hat eine sehr breite Strandfläche. Der Sand ist sehr fein und goldig. Man kann barfuss fast 200m ins Meer hineinlaufen. Auch auf dem Meeresboden nur feiner Sand. Es gab gute Unterhaltung mit Shows und alle 2 Tage Livemusik. Wir würden das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Das Essen war super. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an verschiedenem Essen, es ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten anfangs ein Zimmer mit Teppich, das sehr in die Jahre gekommen war und richtig gestunken hat. Wir durften auf Anfrage problemlos das Zimmer wechseln und zogen in ein viel schöneres Zimmer in einem Bungalow. Auch das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war jeden Tag sauber. Lediglich die Mitarbeiter an den Bars und im Restaurant waren sehr reserviert. Das Hotel ist für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern total geeignet.

Beach, garden, swimming pools are very nice. Food quality is good. Particularly the breakfast was excellent! However, there are not many dining options. At time when we visited, there was only buffet open. We had a Senior suite and 2 Standard Single rooms. The suite was nice and spacious, however in the Single rooms there were 2 beds and they were pretty small (removing 1 bed would help to create a little more space, also it's expected to be single anyway). No problems with parking. We enjoyed our stay and I can recommend it.

fast check in. nice and friendly staff all over and every were. efficient with a good service. almost 1 hr from Izmir. the room is not so big but wide enough. take see view to get an amazing view. clean. billows need to be improved. bathroom has all needed tools. AC hot and cold is fantastic. swimming pool is wide, nice and clean. the beach is extra amazing. entertainment every night with very efficient teams. amusing. if you travel with children they will never get bored with many places and activities to do. food is an open buffet in the 3 meals. hot. fresh and very delicious. lots of variation. also the spa and the gym. all facilities are nice. no need to go out of this 5 stars resort. frankly. the service we got is higher than the money we paid. I hope they can keep the same level in summer to come back :) my family and myself loved our stay and for sure we will come back again. hopping the hotel will keep this level in all matters.
