Wir waren zum zweiten mal in dieser Unterkunft. Es ist einfach alles perfekt: die Lage, der Meer-Berg-Blick, die Speisen, beheizbarer Pool, Sauna und viele mehr!

I want to sincerely thank Ms. Margarita and Mr. Bilgehan for their outstanding professionalism and genuine care. Their efforts made my short stay smooth and problem-free. Without them, I would have left the hotel on the first day. Unfortunately, the same level of care does not extend to the hotel’s overall management. The property is overcrowded with large tour groups, making it feel chaotic and uncomfortable. Finding a place to sit or even walk around is difficult, and the restaurants are loud, packed, and poorly organized. Cleanliness is below acceptable standards, and the entire environment lacks the refinement expected from a hotel of this category. The food quality was especially disappointing—industrial, tasteless, and clearly mass-produced. I experienced stomach issues twice during my stay, raising serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. In its current state, the hotel feels more like a crowded transit hub than a relaxing getaway. There is a strong focus on profit, with little attention paid to guest comfort or quality service. Unless major changes are made, I cannot recommend this hotel to travelers seeking peace, space, or a refined experience.

Daha giriş yapmadan Bilgehan Bey iletişime geçti, WhatsApp grubu ile Nur Hn, Aylin Hn sürekli iletişim halindeydi, her konuda destek olup, yönlendirdiler. Lobby ve snack bardaki barmen garson arkadaşlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü, Hasan ve Ömer beyler, ayrıca restoranda kahvaltı ve yemeklerde Aras Bey çok yardımcı oldu. Land of legends giriş hakkı olması da tüm tatilin kremasıydı gerçekten.

Great location and facilities in the hotel. The sea view rooms we booked had great views. Hotel does look a little tired though. The dining facilities were great, and the staff in the restaurant friendly, helpful and welcoming. The Indian chef, Baldev Singh was great and cooked some excellent food for us. Suleman ,Farid, Mehmet in restaurant and the Malaysian chef Hiro A special mention to the smiling waiter in the lobby bar impressing us with his English accent.

Toll war der beheizte Außenpool. Leider viel zu viel Nutzung von Plastikbechern. Auch viel zu viel Essen zur Auswahl. Minclub im März auch eher so la la, wohl noch zu wenig Kinder - aber immerhin von 10 - 22 h mit Betreuung. Auch vergleichsweise zu teuer, zudem mussten wir mindestens 3 Nächte buchen. Ansonsten sehr schönes Hotel.

Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich nett.

The place was nice and clean the food was terrible and the service was awful. The breakfast was ok standard what you would get in any bed and breakfast. The dinner was awful the meat chicken and steak was really chewy and over cooked the meat was nit fresh from the butches it had been frozen and defrosted .then cooked over most of the food was not nice and the super was served luke warm it was hard to get a hot food it was kept warm not warm enough

Pool area was beautiful, however my room was a little dated, there was hairs on the bathroom floor and a rotten banana skin in the bin. Unfortunately also there were people smoking in room beside therefore ny room also stank if my balcony door was open. Food was average

Amazing stay from the minute we arrived to the minute we left… nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to help… without feeling that they were bothering you! Only downside was we only booked a long weekend… we will be back with the family for longer next time!
