Rixos Park Belek - The Land of Legends Access

The service was excellent, the recipient were helpful and all restaurants were clean and have tasty meals. The rooms were clean and the space area was enough. The advantage also to get the pass for the land of legends theme parks. I think the only disadvantage of the hotel is it is little bit an old and need some repairs regarding the doors of the rooms

إقامتي في الفندق كانت رائعة بكل المقاييس، ولكن ما جعل التجربة مميزة فعلاً هو التعامل الراقي والخدمة الممتازة من يارا في قسم علاقات النزلاء. كانت دائماً متعاونة، لبقة، وتهتم بكل التفاصيل لتجعلنا نشعر بالراحة. بصراحة، يارا من أفضل موظفي علاقات النزلاء الذين تعاملت معهم، وهي السبب في أن إقامتنا كانت تجربة لا تُنسى. شكراً يارا على حسن الضيافة!

It was our first experience here and we absolutely loved it. The service was excellent, the environment was friendly and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend Rixos Park Belek highly. I am missing being there !

Ons verblijf in het hotel was over het algemeen goed, maar er waren een aantal punten die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn. Op de vierde verdieping van het hoofdgebouw was geen airco in de hal, waardoor we telkens door een lange, benauwde gang moesten lopen terwijl het buiten rond de 40 graden was – dit was erg onaangenaam. Daarnaast was het drinken nooit goed gekoeld; we moesten steeds om extra ijsblokjes vragen om het enigszins verfrissend te maken. Het eten was over het algemeen goed, maar het fruit viel tegen qua kwaliteit. Hoewel er een ruime keuze aan baklava was, was deze nooit mooi goudbruin gebakken en de smaak liet helaas te wensen over. Wel goed schoon hotel en mooi.

Gute Restaurant-/Essensauswahl, für Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignet, Land of Legends ist ein großes plus und lohnenswert. An den Bars zu wenig Personal gewesen, manchmal lange Wartezeiten. SPA Bereich und Anwendungen super

Je ne recommande pas du tout ! Pour un rixos le service le restaurant l’amabilité du personnel à part la jeune fille qui nous a accueilli et zineb ❤️(relation client prise de rdv pour la navette) y’a rien qui va . Pour le prix je vous conseille d’aller au Akra à Antalya qui lui est exceptionnel

Wonderful hotel with full access to Land of Legends (a lot of fun for the kids as well as adults!) Very friendly hotel staff and big hospitality.

First impressions; I have stayed at many a rixos hotels, in fact I always mainly opt for the Rixos Brand. This hotel has totally changed my view of the Rixos hotels, I would probably rate this a 3 star. Same food in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, no variety. Atmosphere in the hotel was quite dull. Drinks round the pool took forever rhat most of the time we just got ourselves , they had two on skates who were doing the drinks but poor boys were also making them too so clearly they were limited on staff. The entertainment- singers every night- dull. The Tepyanaki restaurant, def not worth 25euros per person so don’t bother. The Grill restaurant, they made the plates look posh but it was basically the same food from the buffet restaurant, where they get you is the paid wine list, again don’t bother very spenny. The buffet restaurant wasn’t the cleanest, understand it’s a kids free hotel but at least clean up after in the restaurant. Our room was in the orintenal part of the hotel - so basically the furthest out. They had two power cuts, and one was during the night, so all you heard was the generator all night with what sounds like you were in a war shelter. No irons or ironing board in room. Overall experience- average stay, hotel and stay didn’t align with the Rixos Brand.

Wir verbrachten vier wundervolle Tage im Rixos Park Belek. Das Zimmer, eine Orient Suite, war geräumig, hatte anfangs kleine Mängel wie schmutziges Wasser und eine kaputte Rückenlehne, die aber schnell repariert wurden. Die Gästebetreuung durch Ziyneb war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmals Das Essen war vielfältig und lecker,besonders das À-la-carte-Restaurant „The Grill“ mit seinem hervorragenden Cheesecake, ein muss. Der Poolbereich war entspannt, keine reservierten Liegen, und wir genossen die Privatsphäre auf der Wiese. Sport & Animation Das Animationsteam war stets höflich und nicht aufdringlich. Besonders empfehlen möchten wir die Flying Yoga (ich glaube sie hieß Elena) und die Fußball-Akademie, bei der unser Sohn täglich vormittags und abends trainierte. Die Trainer Mikhail und Oleg organisierten die Einheiten sehr professionell, zeigten die Übungen und sorgten für Disziplin, alles mit viel Spaß! Sie kümmerten sich um alle Kinder. Am letzten Tag konnten wir kostenlos das Land of Legends besuchen, das angenehm leer war, mit tollen Attraktionen wie der Turtle Coaster. Trotz kleiner Anfangsprobleme wurde alles schnell und freundlich geregelt. Das vielfältige Angebot, die entspannte Atmosphäre und die Aktivitäten machten den Urlaub unvergesslich. Leider verging die Zeit viel zu schnell – wir kommen definitiv wieder! Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, der durch freundlichen Service, gutes Essen und tolle Unterhaltung geprägt war.

Gutes Hotel

Das Hotel ist für Familien mit kleinen Kinder geeignet. Für Single oder Paar ohne Kinder nicht so. Da es wirklich sehr viele Kinder hat kann man die Ruhe nicht geniessen. Essen war vielseitig. Personal immer freundlich.

The food was another highlight. With a wide variety of international cuisines, every meal was a culinary delight. The main restaurant had an impressive buffet selection, and the à la carte options were just as excellent. Special thanks to the chefs and restaurant staff who made dining such a pleasure. We also loved the pool areas and beach access. There were always plenty of loungers available, and the whole area was clean and well-organized. The entertainment team did a fantastic job with daily activities and shows that kept both kids and adults entertained without being intrusive. Rixos Park Belek strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and fun, and the attention to detail in every aspect—from hospitality to cleanliness—truly sets it apart. We’re already planning our return visit. Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone looking for a top-tier resort experience on the Turkish Riviera!
