We arrived at the hotel having had an incredibly stressful day the previous day, resulting in no sleep for any of us, 2 anxious children & frazzled parents. From the moment we arrived, everyone was polite, courteous and made us feel incredibly welcome. Every one of our needs was met, even down to the tiny details (snacks in the room for the kids) to the bigger issues (letting us stay & use the facilities after checkout). The room was perfect. Plenty of space for us, comfy beds & decent air con. The setting was a slice of pure paradise. Even though there were plenty of guests, nowhere felt particularly busy. An absolutely perfect remedy to the stressful situation we had been in!

It was clean, quiet and nice overall. Food was very good and staff worked very hard. Beach was outstanding. But strangely, the smaking areas were larger than the non-smoking areas. And the evening entertainment could have been earlier--8:30 pm instead of 9:30 pm which is better for seniors.

A really nice resort, great layout. It was busy, but you never really felt overcrowded, except at the main restaurant and pool. Cons: people reserving sunbeds, though we always manage to find at least one. Rude guests - the staff work so hard and are really attentive, it was a shame to see how rude some 'entitled' people can be. No pool slides - we did know this and it would have made the pool area more rowdy, but my teens got a bit bored after a couple of days. Sea - lovely space, plenty of beds, great bar/restaurant, but the water can be so choppy. Some waves could take you

Good food that changed each day. My favourites were the grilled sea bass, lamb and beef rib. Our 4 year old enjoyed the selection of food too. The whole resort was very clean and the staff very helpful.

Well run hotel with fantastic staff in an attractive setting. Very clean and well maintained, even the beachside toilet block was spotless and constantly attended. Great beach for swimming and lounging. Superb food with plenty of variety. The 'one visit per stay' restaurant and barbecue both exceeded expectations and shouldn't be missed. The entertainment was good with a variety of shows and bands. Convenient for the airport and the local village a 15 min walk away good for shopping. We went at the start of the season so not that busy but perfect for us. There are not many hotels I would go back to because of a preference for variety but would make an exception here. The only slight downside for me was a coldish pool but didn't stop me swimming and I'm sure June onwards would be much warmer.

Alles tip top +++++ Strand (von Gastro, Liegenauswahl, Sonnenschirme etc..) +++++ Kinderbetreuung +++++ Sauberkeit +++++ Hygiene Gastro +++++ Auswahl und Qualität der Gastro +++++ Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter +++++ Kaffeeauswahl (Siebträger auch morgens) Einziges Manko ist der immer höher werdende Preis für einen einst günstigen Urlaub in der Türkei... 2 Wochen für eine Familie für über 6000€ ist schon echt zu viel. :(

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage in traumhafter Umgebung. Solides Angebot an Sport und Fitnesskursen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Speiseauswahl und Abwechslung noch ausbaufähig aber auf gutem Niveau. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist hervorzuheben.

Location walk to shops, decor modern - loved it, grounds beautiful, staff friendly. The Spa was excellent one of the best we have been to. Beach fabulous. I read the reviews and was looking forward to the food and drink options. I was very disappointed with the food, at best very average. The food was repetitive and often cold, limited choice and availability. The local spirits were vile, only 1 choice of beer unless you paid extra. We are not big drinkers, but when on holiday, we expected some reasonable drink included as it was All inclusive. The fridge in room only had water, which we had to replenish from fridges around the resort. No one came to take orders for drinks by the pool. There was a dress code in the pool bar! Which meant if you were sun bathing, and you were hot or wet we had to cover up, just to get a drink. We met people there who had been a number of times who loved it. But it was not for us.

We had an amazing experience in this resort which is beautiful, clean and the staff is very nice. I would like to say a big thank you to Güven from the reception, who was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and we are difinetly coming here next year
