Tarub at reception was amazing! Very understanding, and helped make our stay even better. Metro and bus station are literally 2 minutes walk. Also has good food around the hotel.

Outstanding property.

Generally the place was of a good standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to highly recommend the young lady, who helped us on arrival, but unfortunately I did not make a note of her name. She was extremely helpful, pleasant, efficient and patient helping a very tired 76 year old. Thank you.

Noisy with limited elevators

Rooms were cozy, staff friendly, however hotel already showing wear and tear. Furniture, curtains, carpet, walls all have stain marks and spots

It’s perfect

When we checked in, they checked our passports and our children's ages. They told us we booked the hotel with breakfast and that they do not use plastic bottles. They told us they had a water purifier, and so we went to the hotel room. After a long flight journey, we were going to rest in the room, but there were no water glasses. We called the reception and asked for water glasses, but even after 20 minutes, we did not get any glasses. So we called again, then after another 30 minutes they finally gave us some glasses. Next morning we went to eat breakfast at the hotel. When we were going to eat, the staff said that we only had paid for 2 adults and not for the children. We told them we booked breakfast for the 4 of us. They said we didn't, but we have been to many hotels and never had this issue. We went to the reception and talked with them for a long time without eating. We showed them our booking. The manager said they would let us eat for free that day, but for the rest of the stay after we had to pay. We did not accept this as we already had paid for the 4 of us with breakfast through Expedia. We told them that we would cancel the breakfast for the adults through Expedia and eat elsewhere. After a while, the receptionist talked with the manager and told us they would give us breakfast for free. But this is not true as we did pay already for our families. Then we went inside the restaurant, which looked really colourful. But the breads were dry, the fruits were old and

The property is very communicative and takes action on anything you'd dislike. Their priority is the guest's happiness. Overall a very clean hotel with modern facilities.

There were flys everywhere, people at the lobby were so nosey. Very crowded

An average type of hotel, it’s literally a 3 star. Apartment was decent and clean, breakfast was terrible, no staff at all, one person handling the whole breakfast section, took half an hour to make my omlette and in the end gave it to someone else. I have stayed at several other hotels in this particular area so can easily say other hotels were far better than this for very similar prices per night. So wont be staying there again for sure not just because of the “omelette issue” but overall its an average 3 star hotel

Goed en vriendelijk mensen

Devina the receptionist is gentle, helpful and courteous with a smile all the time. Stanley the bell boy is fluent in English, exceptional helpful. We witnessed the worse storm forb75 years. All public transportation closed down. No taxi and uber price got sky high. Stanley helped to make phone calls (which I don't have a local Sim). Made enquiries and help us sort out the problems. So fortunate to meet personnel when you are in a foreign country. Also only minute away from metro. I highly recommend and will come back.

Staff very professional, any queries handled very quickly. All the staff were nice particularly Stanley.
