Excellent hotel with helpful personel. One thing should be named at your website, recommend visitors tha they should by transport card at the airport or Metro Station before ariving the hotel because you cannot by card on the bus as the nearest transport possibility på

The only complain is that the breakfast in one way excellent but for long staying guests it should variate little more

The meals

Close to the Dubai creek, sightseeing. Hotel allowed us to check in early and stored our luggage. Vary happy with all services and facilities

• Staff Friendliness: Exceptional friendliness from all staff members, exceeding expectations. • Housekeeping Suggestion: Bed sheets should be changed at least once every four or five days. It now has not been changed even once during our stay. • Building Improvement: Open up the view of the pool with glass walls, so you can look outside, now you are just surrounded with walls when laying at the pool. Increase the number of beds at the Pool. During our stay one family placed towels at all the beds and then went to breakfast or gym.

Great service. I wish the pool stays open later than 6pm.

I have only superlatives concerning this hotel. The location close to Bur Dubai and Shendaghas and al-Fahidi is superb. Breakfast is delicious, clean, varied. The views from the beautifully vintage Mondrian-style decorated rooms are impressive, both towards the obelisk and towards old Dubai. The staff are efficient and professional. A spotless hotel with character and personality.

Very small room with very minimal facilitiy

5日間滞在しましたが、初日にボディーソープが切れていて補充が2日ありませんでした。お伝えするとすぐに解決しました。メトロの駅までは少し遠い印象。

L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit assez calme et dans une zone propre, le personnel est sympathique, la seule chose pour laquelle je met 4 étoiles c'est a cause de la chambre qui n'avait pas de fenêtre pour l'aération je préfère une fenêtre qu'on puisse ouvrir et fermer car ça sentait le renfermé, il avait également une odeur de cigarette sur le linge de lit, j'ai fait la remarque au personnel et une gentille dame est passé changé le linge de lit et a également très très bien nettoyer la chambre et sanitaires

Breakfast was horrible I ordered cheeseburger for linch and I got food poisoning and the only thing fromt desk did to sent a doctor that she said will cost 450 durham after doctor came they charged me 4500 durham This hotel is toral acam

Location was good. Property was clean and tidy. The customer service put me off. The front desk employee require a lot of training prior being placed there. We were greeted with no smile. Very transactional during check-in. During check out i requested for a cab as I didnt have a local number to use. I was told to walk to the next property with my luggage and ask for a cab. Not helpful in my opinion. The property offers bare minimum facilities e.g. no hotel slippers, no dental kit (unless requested) I had initially booked for 2 nights. However my flight timing got changed at the last hour and I had to leave early. I requested hotels.com credit for the 2nd night. Refused. Although the location is good, I would not return to this property.

È’ in un'ottima posizione per visitare la città vecchia ed il relativo museo sulla riva sx del Creek. Discreti ristoranti in zona con l’affaccio sul canale e vicino all’aeroporto. Stanza con letto comodo e colazione buona per scelta e qualità.
