As soon as we entered the hotel, we unfortunately had a problem with Catherine at the reception and she demoralized the hotel that we came to with great enthusiasm. She drove us crazy by giving the same answers to our requests as if she were a computer or a virtual representative.
In addition, although the hotel called us the day before to confirm what time we would arrive, our room was not ready when we arrived. Since you want us to call and confirm by phone, I don't understand why the room was still not ready when we arrived.
In addition, I think the hotel staff is unhappy and uninterested.
The room comfort was nice, but all the chocolates brought to the room had ants in them! Sloppy!
Only the restaurants of the hotel were nice, that's all.

We have been loyal guests for years, with Long stays multiple times per year. During our last visit (November 2024) we were extremely disappointed and won‘t return anytime soon. The amenities are simply dated at this point. We had to move our room multiple times. There were plenty of damages in the rooms and they were not properly cleaned either. We Even had hair on the bed in our first room! The hotel used to be a peaceful oasis, now there are multiple restaurants & bars that play loud music at night. The staff had no clue were exactly the music came from or how long it would go, which is another no-go! The music ran until 1 AM by the way! The beds/ matresses were super old and laid through - in all three rooms as well. We left the hotel with back pain. When we checked in, nobody remembered us or greeted us accordingly, despite staying at the hotel, like they used to, despite this being our 7th stay in 3 years. Also important to mention: we had constant issues with wifi in the rooms. The wifi was so bad, we could not even stream a YT video. We sincerely hope that the hotel can return to it’s old glory with some much needed renovations, updates and upgrades and that the management will overthink their new „party crowd“ approach. The current price point is absolutely not justified.

AL Naseem was an absolute dream! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival regarding our flight times change, the team welcomed us so warmly at such early hours accommodated our every need and made sure room was ready for us to stay! I was absolutely blown away from start to finish nothing was too much going above and beyond the pool staff were so friendly always smiling and making us feel so special especially Loyd, I would recommend this hotel to every family and look forward to staying at Al Naseem again!
